Claims (10)

1. A method of combating phytopathogenic diseases of cultivated plants, comprising treating cultivated plants or their habitats infected with a phytopathogenic disease, in the form of a mixture or separately, with an effective amount of a combination of the first component, which is
a) O-methyloxime methyl ester 2- [α {[(α-methyl-3-trifluoromethylbenzyl) imine] oxy} -ortho-tolyl] glyoxalic acid (I) in combination with b) a second component selected from the series consisting of either anilide of formula IIB

where R ₁ denotes fluorine or chlorine; either carbamate of formula IIC

where X is N or CH and R ₂ is 4-CH ₃ , 4-C1 or 2,4-dichloro; or the compound IID methyl (2) -2- {2- [6- (trifluoromethyl) pyrid-2-yloxymethyl] phenyl} -3-methoxyacrylate; or compound IIE (E) -N-methyl-2- [2- (2,5-dimethylphenoxymethyl) phenyl] -2-methoxyiminoacetamide;
or a compound of formula IIF

where R ₃ denotes methyl or ethyl; or (S) -valinamide of formula IIG

where R ₄ is isopropyl, sec-butyl or tert-butyl and R ₅ is 4-chlorophenyl, 4-methylphenyl, 4-methoxyphenyl or β-naphthyl and where the asymmetric center preferably has a (R) configuration; or (S) -valinamide of formula IIH

where R ₆ is isopropyl, sec-butyl or tert-butyl, R ₇ is halogen, methyl or methoxy and n is 0, 1 or 2; or compound IIJ N-methyl-2- [2- {α-methyl-3- (trifluoromethyl) benzyloxyiminomethyl} phenyl] 2-methoxyiminoacetamide; or a compound of formula IIK

where R ₈ denotes halogen or C ₁ -C ₄ alkyl, preferably chlorine; or compound IIL N- (3 '- (1'-chloro-3-methyl-2'-oxopentane)) - 3,5-dichloro-4-methylbenzamide; or compound IIM (S) -1-anilino-4-methyl-2-methylthio-4-phenylimidazolin-5-one; or a compound of formula IIN;

or a compound of formula IIP;

or compound IIQ O-methyloxy amide N-methyl-2- [α- {[(α-methyl-3-trifluoromethylbenzyl) imino] hydroxy} ortho-tolyl] glyoxalic acid.  2. The method according to claim 1, where component b) is selected from compounds of formulas IIB, IIG, IIH, IIK and IIL.  3. The method of claim 1, wherein component b) is selected from the group consisting of compounds of formulas IIC, IID, IIE, IIF, and IIJ.  4. The method of claim 1, wherein component b) is selected from the group consisting of compounds of formulas IIM, IIN, IIP or IIQ.  5. The method according to any one of paragraphs. 1-4, where components a) and b) are applied in an amount that provides a synergistic effect in relation to the fight against the disease, in particular, synergistic fungicidal activity.  6. A fungicidal composition comprising a combination of a) a compound of formula I effective as a fungicide according to claim 1 in combination b) either with a compound of formula IIB, or with a compound of formula IIC, or with a compound IID, or with compound IIE, or with a compound of formula IIF, or with a compound of formula IIG, or with a compound of formula IIH, or with a compound IIJ, or with a compound of formula IIK, or with a compound of formula IIM, or with a compound of formula IIM, or with a compound of formula IIP, or with compound IIQ, as defined in paragraph 1.  7. The composition according to p. 6, in which the mass ratio a): b) is in the range from 10: 1 to 1: 20.  8. The composition of claim 6, wherein component b) is selected from the group consisting of compounds of formulas IIB, IIG, IIH, IIK, and IIL.  9. The composition of claim 6, wherein component b) is selected from the group consisting of compounds of formulas IIC, IID, IIE, IIF, and IIJ.  10. The composition of claim 6, wherein component b) is selected from the group consisting of compounds of formulas IIM, IIN, IIP, and IIQ.
