Description
The invention relates to heat storage devices for utilizing the low temperature heat of water and air.
Heat storage devices are known in which natural materials such as crushed stone, gravel, sand, water are used to accumulate external heat as heat storage material.
Such heat storage devices are cheap and effective, however, their bulkiness is the cumbersome design caused by the insufficiently high thermal characteristics of the heat storage materials.
The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a heat storage device, which has a tank filled with gravel and a heat carrier.

The aim of the invention is the intensification of the heat transfer process and the reduction of the size of the heat storage device

The drawing shows a diagram of a heat storage device.
3.The device has a container 1 filled with heat-accumulating material 2, which consists of granules BI pulled from a composition of a heat-conducting winding metal and heat-resistant epoxy resin, and a heat carrier 3.
A heat storage agent is obtained by mixing uncured epoxy resin, polyethylene polyamine and aluminum powder in a screw mixer at room temperature and subsequent granulation.
The device operates as follows.
Heat carrier 3 - water is passed through a layer of heat-accumulating material 2 located in the tank 1. When the heat-accumulating device is operating in the charging mode, the heat-accumulating granules are in contact with a hot stream of heat-transfer agent and its heat is removed. The heat storage capacity of the material consists of the heat capacity of the metal and the heat capacity of the epoxy resin, which has the anomalous property of significantly increasing its value with increasing operating temperature of the coolant. The combination of metal and epoxy in the composition provides the heat capacity of the material 11.972 MJ / m3 ° C at a temperature of 20 ° C (which is 3 times higher than the heat of water) and 20.211 MJ / m3 ° C at a temperature of 140 ° C (5 times higher than heat water). The density of the composition is 2276 kg / m. All of the above suggests a significant reduction in the size of the heat storage device for storing apparent heat in comparison with previously accepted ones.
High heat transfer efficiency is ensured by the presence of a heat-conducting metal in the composition.
Thus, the proposed heat-storage device contains, as a heat-storage material, a composition of heat-conducting metal and heat-resistant epoxy resin, which reduces the size of the device and increases the heat transfer intensity.
Предлагаемое вещество вл етс химически инертным, стойким к окислению и нагреванию , что позвол ет использовать его в тех случа х, когда к качеству теплоносител предъ вл ютс высокие требовани .The proposed substance is chemically inert, resistant to oxidation and heat, which allows its use in those cases where high demands are made on the quality of the heat transfer medium.
