Протез клапана сердца, содержащий корпус с отверстием для формирования потока крови, запирающий элемент и манжету которая имеет посадочную поверхность, контактирующую с сердечными тканями, и внешнюю поверхность, охватывающую отверстие корпуса и контактирующую с потоком крови, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно снабжен шовной хирургической нитью, закрепленной по периметру манжеты, образуя 10-20 петель, каждая из которых изолировано закреплена в съемном элементе.1.
