Ленточный пресс-фильтр для обезвоживания шлама и ила, содержащий несущий каркас и смонтированную на нем систему приводных и промежуточных валов, между которыми пропущены два бесконечных ленточных сита верхнего и нижнего расположения с возможностью размещения между ними жидкого шлама и их совместного обкатывания и обжатия во вращающихся валах, снабженный механизмами натяжения ленточных сит, а также устройствами для удаления обезвоженного шлама, включая скребковый и виброударный, отличающийся тем, что виброударное устройство включает качалку, выполненную в виде симметричной рамы П-образной или прямоугольной замкнутой формы, две стороны которой являются рычагами, закрепленными с одного конца на боковых стенках несущего каркаса, а с другого конца неподвижно соединены ударным бойком, выполненным в виде металлического бруса произвольного профиля и длиной равной ширине ленточного сита, с возможностью подъема и падения ударного бойка в цикле качания рамы, процесс которого осуществляется посредством толкателей, встроенных в рычаги качалки на их коротком плече и опирающихся на два вращающихся дисковых кулачка, симметрично размещенных на концах приводного вала, с возможностью сначала плавного подъема по спиральной поверхности кулачка с последующим падением по профильному срезу кулачка с высоты равной рабочему подъему спирали кулачка, причем величина рабочего подъема кулачка регулируется толкателем, выполненным с резьбовой поверхностью и с возможностью его сдвига вверх-вниз относительно поверхности профиля кулачка, а частота цикла качания соответствует произведению частоты вращения приводного вала на число спиральных подъемов (срезов) в профиле кулачка в пределах от одного до трех, при атом качалка ориентирована над верхним ленточным ситом так, что ударный боек в нижнем положении опирается на поверхность ленточного сита по всей ширине и на расстоянии 50-70 мм от оси вала, на котором происходит разделение ленточных сит, а в верхнем положении поднимается на высоту не менее 60 мм.Belt press filter for dewatering sludge and sludge, containing a supporting frame and a drive and intermediate shaft system mounted on it, between which two endless belt sieves of upper and lower locations are passed with the possibility of placing liquid sludge between them and their joint rolling and crimping in rotating shafts equipped with belt sieve tensioning mechanisms, as well as devices for removing dehydrated sludge, including scraper and vibration shock, characterized in that the vibration shock device includes a rocking chair, made in the form of a symmetrical U-shaped or rectangular closed frame, the two sides of which are levers fixed from one end to the side walls of the supporting frame, and from the other end are motionlessly connected by an impact striker made in the form of a metal bar of arbitrary profile and equal in length the width of the belt sieve, with the possibility of rising and falling of the hammer in the cycle of swinging the frame, the process of which is carried out by means of pushers built into the rocking arms on their short shoulder and supporting on two rotating disk cams, symmetrically placed on the ends of the drive shaft, with the possibility of a first smooth rise on the spiral surface of the cam followed by falling along the profile cut of the cam from a height equal to the working lift of the cam spiral, and the magnitude of the working lift of the cam is regulated by a pusher made with a threaded surface and with the possibility of its shift up and down relative to the surface of the cam profile, and the frequency of the swing cycle corresponds to the product of the rotational speed of the drive shaft n and the number of spiral rises (slices) in the cam profile ranges from one to three, while the rocking atom is oriented above the upper belt sieve so that the impact head in the lower position rests on the surface of the belt sieve over the entire width and at a distance of 50-70 mm from the axis the shaft on which the separation of the belt sieves occurs, and in the upper position rises to a height of at least 60 mm.
