Claims (20)

1. A system for invoicing a subscriber in real time by location of a subscriber in an unstructured communication network, comprising a means for storing account information of at least one subscriber by location of the subscriber, means for determining, based on said account information, whether the subscriber has a sufficient positive balance accounts for the desired type of service, and means for allowing or prohibiting services for the subscriber based on the specified definition, while the service is a communication session between subscribers are directly connected to each other in an unstructured network.  2. The system according to claim 1, in which additional information about the account is stored at the location of the service provider and used to maintain static data for a given subscriber and to adjust the service provided to the subscriber, respectively.  3. A method for invoicing a subscriber in real time by location of a subscriber, in an unstructured communication network, the method comprises operations that store account information for at least one subscriber, based on the specified account information, determines whether the subscriber has a sufficient positive balance for desired service, and allow or prohibit the service for the subscriber based on the specified definition, and the service is a communication session between subscribers directly connected to g with a friend in an unstructured network.  10. The method according to p. 9, in which additional information about the account is stored at the location of the service provider and used to control statistical data about the subscriber and to adjust the service provided to the subscriber, respectively.  11. The method of claim 9, wherein the communication session is a telephone call.  14. The method of claim 9, wherein said determining operation is repeated during maintenance.  15.
