Claims (5)

1. Иономерная полимерная смесь, включающая С210-олефиновые полимеры с прививкой мономеров, содержащих, по меньшей мере, одну функциональную группу, и ионы металлов; причем указанная иономерная полиолефиновая смесь включает (в мас. ч. и %):
I. 100 мас. ч. гетерофазной полиолефиновой композиции, содержащей
А. 5-50%, кристаллического гомополимера пропилена с показателем стереорегулярности более 80%, или кристаллического сополимера пропилена, этилена и/или α-олефина CH2= CHR, где R представляет собой C2-C8-алкил-радикал, или их смесей; причем указанные сополимеры содержат более 85% пропилена и имеют показатель стереорегулярности более 80%;
В. 0-20%, кристаллической фракции сополимера этилена и пропилена или этилена и α-олефина CH2= CHR, где R представляет собой С28-алкил-радикал, или этилена, пропилена и указанного α-олефина; причем указанная фракция является нерастворимой в ксилоле при температуре окружающей среды; и
С. 40-95%, эластомерной фракции сополимера этилена и пропилена или этилена и α-олефина CH2= CHR, где R представляет собой С28-алкил-радикал, или этилена, пропилена и указанного α-олефина и, необязательно, незначительных количеств диена; причем указанная фракция сополимера содержит менее 40% этилена, и является растворимой в ксилоле при температуре окружающей среды; и
II. 0-250 ч. эластомерного полимера, выбранного из
а. сополимеров этилена с C3-C10-α-олефином и, необязательно, диеном, содержащих, по меньшей мере, 20% указанного α-олефина;
b. сополимеров этилена с метилакрилатом, содержащих от 15 до 30% повторяющихся звеньев метилакрилата или винилакрилата и имеющих ИРЕ в пределах от 1 до 10 г/10 мин (ASTM D-1238);
с. полиизобутиленов, имеющих молекулярную массу в интервале от 100000 до 300000 приблизительно, измеренную как средняя вязкость;
d. атактических гомополимеров пропилена и аморфных сополимеров этилена с α-C3-C6-олефинами, полученных с металлоценовыми катализаторами; и
е. блок-сополимеров стирола, содержащих, по меньшей мере, один сомономер, выбранный из бутадиена и изопрена.
1. The ionomer polymer mixture comprising C 2 -C 10 olefin polymers grafted with monomers containing at least one functional group and metal ions; and the specified ionomeric polyolefin mixture includes (in wt. hours and%):
I. 100 wt. including heterophasic polyolefin composition containing
A. 5-50%, a crystalline propylene homopolymer with a stereoregularity index of more than 80%, or a crystalline copolymer of propylene, ethylene and / or α-olefin CH 2 = CHR, where R is a C 2 -C 8 alkyl radical, or mixtures; moreover, these copolymers contain more than 85% propylene and have a stereoregularity index of more than 80%;
C. 0-20%, of a crystalline fraction of a copolymer of ethylene and propylene or ethylene and an α-olefin CH 2 = CHR, where R is a C 2 -C 8 alkyl radical, or ethylene, propylene and said α-olefin; moreover, the specified fraction is insoluble in xylene at ambient temperature; and
C. 40-95%, elastomeric fraction of a copolymer of ethylene and propylene or ethylene and α-olefin CH 2 = CHR, where R is a C 2 -C 8 alkyl radical, or ethylene, propylene and said α-olefin, and optionally minor amounts of diene; moreover, the specified fraction of the copolymer contains less than 40% ethylene, and is soluble in xylene at ambient temperature; and
II. 0-250 parts of an elastomeric polymer selected from
a. copolymers of ethylene with a C 3 -C 10 -α-olefin and, optionally, a diene, containing at least 20% of said α-olefin;
b. copolymers of ethylene with methyl acrylate containing from 15 to 30% of repeating units of methyl acrylate or vinyl acrylate and having an IRE ranging from 1 to 10 g / 10 min (ASTM D-1238);
from. polyisobutylene having a molecular weight in the range of from about 100,000 to about 300,000, measured as average viscosity;
d. atactic homopolymers of propylene and amorphous copolymers of ethylene with α-C 3 -C 6 olefins obtained with metallocene catalysts; and
e. block copolymers of styrene containing at least one comonomer selected from butadiene and isoprene.
