1. A method of processing organochlorine wastes by hydrogenolysis in the presence of heterogeneous catalysts containing platinum group metals at a temperature of 250-350 o C, characterized in that hydrogenolysis is carried out in an inert high-boiling hydrocarbon solvent with its 10-20-fold excess relative to the mass of organochlorine waste and with a ratio of hydrogen: organochlorine waste equal to 20-40: 1 with further separation of the gaseous reaction products by known methods and with the recycling of unreacted waste in diluents. 2. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that as an inert high-boiling hydrocarbon solvent using liquid mixtures of aliphatic, aromatic and cyclic hydrocarbons with a boiling point of 250-350 o With (transformer oil AMT-300, liquid paraffin, etc.).
