The closest analogue is the device (patent PCT / US2017 / 058597 08/23/2018) speech into tactile sensations. The device consists of a vest with tactile modules worn on a person and a mobile phone on which software is installed that converts sounds captured through a mobile phone microphone into sets of commands for controlling tactile modules. The transmission of control commands from a mobile phone to a vest is carried out via a wireless communication channel.
The tactile module is a device that provides tactile stimulation to human skin. It consists of a vibration motor and a housing designed to be attached to a vest and focus vibrations on a small area. Various devices can be used as a vibration motor, such as miniature electric motors with an eccentric mass fixed on a shaft, linear resonant actuators, piezoelectric and electromagnetic transducers.
The disadvantage of this device is the use of an additional external device (smartphone) for capturing sounds and using its computing power to convert sounds into tactile signals.
The problem to be solved by the claimed technical solution is to provide a person who has lost his hearing, the ability to perceive the sounds of the surrounding world through tactile sensations. Despite the fact that the device can be used even in cases of the presence of pathologies of the human inner ear, when other methods of hearing aids, such as cochlear implantation and bone conduction hearing aids, are ineffective.
This task is achieved due to the fact that a hearing aid for people with profound hearing loss, consisting of a base with an electronic control unit, a battery and tactile modules installed on it, and the base is made in the form of a glove placed on the patient's hand, and the electronic control unit includes a microphone, an amplifier, an analog filter unit, a microcontroller, drivers for controlling tactile modules.
The technical result provided by the above set of features is the ability to replace the patient's auditory sensation with tactile ones in cases where, for one reason or another, the use of existing methods of hearing aids is impossible.

The number of tactile modules can vary from 4 to 20 units.
The glove is placed on a person's hand, the elastic fabric base provides a snug fit of the tactile modules to the skin. The microphone picks up sound vibrations and converts them into electrical signals, which are amplified using a built-in amplifier, filtered using an analog filter unit and then fed to the input of an analog-to-digital converter of the microcontroller. The digital signal is processed according to a special algorithm, and the spectrum of the audio signal is analyzed. Further, the microcontroller generates control actions on the tactile modules, which are transmitted to the vibration motors by means of drivers. In this case, each tactile module corresponds to a certain frequency range of the input signal that it is capable of transmitting. Thus, a person can perceive ambient sounds through tactile sensations (sensory substitution).
