Abstract

The inventive utility model relates to personal protective equipment of the respiratory system, and in particular to a protective mask. Description

The utility model relates to personal respiratory protection, and specifically to filtering respiratory masks used in the field of beauty industry.

A known respirator (patent RU2626934, published 02.08.2017 Bull. No. 22) in the form of a filtering face mask, which includes a mounting unit, a mask body having a filter structure that contains one or more layers of filter material and having a perimeter. The mask body has first and second side strips located on opposite sides of the filter structure. Each of the first and second side strips has a leading edge and folds inward to bring into contact with the filter structure. The disadvantage of this technical solution is the design complexity.

A filtering protective half mask is also known (patent for utility model No. 188199, publ. 04/02/2019 bull. No. 10), covering the oral and nasal cavities of the user, consisting of the outer, middle and inner layers, containing a respiratory membrane valve located on its side surface, and along the edges of the half mask are fasteners in the form of sewn elastic fabric ribbons, the outer and inner layers are made of knitted fabric, and the middle layer, in turn, is made of three layers, in which the middle layer is filled with charcoal is placed between two layers of cushioning fabric. The disadvantage of this technical solution is that this half mask does not provide sufficient protection of the respiratory tract. This technical solution is the closest to the claimed and selected as a prototype.

Based on these shortcomings, the purpose of the claimed utility model is to eliminate the identified shortcomings in order to achieve such a technical result as improving filtering properties.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the protective mask covering the oral and nasal cavities of the user, containing the chin and pocket for accommodating the filter element, there are fasteners at the edges of the mask, the mask is the parts of the top and backing sewn together, made of a rectangular shape, narrowed by edges, and having tucks. The half mask contains a filter located in your pocket. The half mask contains an exhalation valve located on the side surface of the half mask. The half mask has an aluminum plate for fixing the half mask in the nose. The fasteners have an adjusting rubber retainer. The filter consists of layers of spunbond, coal fabric and meltblown. The outer layer of the half mask is made of gum cloth, and the lining and pocket are made of poplin fabric.

The technical result provided by the given set of features is to increase the filtering properties due to the coverage of the chin of the face, and the presence of a pocket to accommodate the filter, providing maximum protection against ingress of harmful substances and vapors.

Spanbond is a non-woven thermally bonded material, which is a cloth of thermally bonded finest polypropylene yarns. This filter 9 performs the function of fine cleaning. The half mask in the area of the pocket with the filter may have an exhalation valve 5, consisting of two plastic parts, between which there is a rubber disk that opens on the exhale.

The fasteners 3 are two rubber bands of circular cross-section, sewn into a ring, fastened on both sides along the edges of the half mask 1, namely, on the edges of the top and back plate parts, and having an adjusting rubber-clamp 7. This design allows you to adjust the tight fit of the mask to the face as on the upper (nasal) part, and on the lower (zygomatic) part, which ensures comfortable use for people with various facial contours.

The chin restraint is a part 4 of a triangular shape, consisting of parts of the top and lining, similar to a half mask. This latch is sewn to the bottom of the half mask.

The outer layer of the upper part of the half mask and chin restraint is made of mixed fabric, preferably of tesin fabric. The lining of the half mask and chin restraint and pocket are made of poplin fabric.

Thus, the filtering half mask covers the mouth, nose and chin of the user's face, consists of two tissue layers containing a respiratory membrane valve located on its lateral surface, and buttonholes are located at the edges of the half mask, into which looped rubber straps are inserted. The outer and inner layers are made of mixed fabrics (ash, poplin) with a predominance of cotton. Filtration is ensured by the installation of a five-layer carbon filter, consisting of two layers of Meltblown, two layers of spunbond and one layer of activated carbon. The service life of this filter is 72 hours from the moment of use, after which it is disposed of. Due to the replaceability of the filter layer, maximum air filtration is ensured without loss of efficiency for the entire service life.

The inventive protective half mask is used when working, for example, with coatings in cosmetology, when working with varnishes, aerosols, etc., when working with such chemical compositions as: cyanoacrylates, ammonia, keratins, etc., when performing manicure and pedicure, when dust is formed when processing the nail plate and skin. It is made at the enterprises of the clothing industry.
