Abstract

This utility model relates to items for hair care, in particular to devices for supporting hair, and in particular to devices for dyeing and highlighting hair strands, as well as for separating the inner layers of hair inside the strand. The objective of the claimed utility model is to ensure reusability of the device for fixation of hair strands during their coloring while ensuring the possibility of reliable fixation of hair strands in it, eliminating the possibility of slipping of the fixing device from a strand of hair, as well as reducing the complexity of dyeing difficult to comb hair. The technical result is achieved by the claimed utility model made detachable and consisting of two plastic strips with mushroom pins, which, when connected to each other, make it possible to obtain a reliable and easily separable connection. The technical result of the claimed utility model is the provision of multiple use of the device for fixing locks of hair during their coloring, while simultaneously ensuring the possibility of reliable fixation of locks of hair in it, eliminating the possibility of slipping the fixing device from the locks of hair, and also reducing the laboriousness of coloring difficultly combed hair. 1 s.p. f-ly, 6 ill.

The technical field to which the utility model relates.

This utility model relates to items for hair care, in particular to devices for supporting hair, namely, devices for dyeing and highlighting hair strands, as well as for separating the inner layers of hair inside the strand.

State of the art

From the existing prior art it is known "Device for hair processing" (patent RU No. 34325, the start date of the patent validity date 08/28/2003, publication date 10/12/2003), consisting of at least two linings made in the form of strips of film polyethylene. This device also contains a clip in the form of a rectangular plate, designed to place strips near the root sections of hair and their subsequent folding and fixing with colored strands. The clamp consists of two flexibly connected plates, one of which contains a slot in the central part and a latch on the free end, and the other part contains pegs located in the center with the possibility of placement in the said slot on the first plate when they are folded to each other, and a protrusion under latch on the free end. The clamping plates are made of polypropylene with a thickness of 0.08-0.15 mm, a width of 58-62 mm and a length of 300-400 mm. The distance between the pegs on the plate is 3.8-4.2 mm. The length of the strips of film polyethylene is 470-500 mm.

When using the specified technical solution before dyeing hair strands, one end of each strip is bent and fastened to the clamp plates by means of a loop. After that, the clip is placed near the root portion of the selected strand of hair and bent in half with the strips being covered covering with strips from the bottom and top. In this case, the pegs pierce both strips and go inside the slot on the opposite plate with the simultaneous actuation of the latch at the ends of the clamp. Next, the processed strand is freed from the upper strip, lifting it up and securing it with a standard clip, and dye is applied to the lower strip with a lock of hair and re-closed with the upper strip. The colored strand insulated between the strips is rolled up and fixed using a standard clamp. The above operations are repeated until the completion of dyeing of all strands of hair. When staining long hair, several clips are used, sequentially fixing them along the length of the strands. After staining is complete, the strips are removed and disposed of, and the clamps are washed. The device is used when performing highlighting of locks of hair. This technical solution provides a fairly dense pressing of the strips to the root sections of the hair, and also eliminates the sliding of folded strips from individual strands of hair with dye applied to them.

The disadvantages of this device is the lack of elasticity and flexibility of the material for the strips, as well as the use of a special clamp to fix them, which makes it necessary to perform repeated unproductive operations associated with securing the strips to the clamp, retracting and fixing the upper strip before applying paint to the strand, reapplying said strip on a colored strand and folding an isolated strand. These disadvantages lead to a significant increase in the complexity and duration of staining, while the duration of stay of visitors in an uncomfortable state is practically not reduced in comparison with the performance of staining using foil.

From the existing level of technology also known device for dyeing locks of hair (Petrovskaya VA - Hairdressing - lessons of craftsmanship. M .: LLC "Adelant", 2008. S. 133-140), consisting of at least one lining made in the form of a strip of foil. When performing the procedure of dyeing or highlighting the hair, the strips are alternately placed under the selected strands before dye is applied to them, after which each strip is folded in half length, thereby isolating the colored strands from each other. The length of the strips is chosen, as a rule, two times the length of the processed strands of hair. The above operations are repeated until the application of the dye to all strands of hair to be dyed is completed. After the staining process, the strips are removed from the strands and disposed of.

The disadvantages of this technical solution are:

- limited use when dyeing hair due to the impossibility of tightly pressing the strips to the root sections of the strands due to insufficient rigidity of the foil;

- the great complexity and duration of dyeing, especially of long or thick hair, due to the inconvenience of performing operations on applying dye and isolating strands due to insufficient rigidity of the foil;

- increased consumption of coloring material due to leakage of the dye through leaks in folded strips of foil;

- a decrease in the quality of staining due to the inability to fix the folded strips on the strands with the dye applied and subsequent frequent displacement or slipping of the strips, for example, when using liquid coloring agents or as a result of careless movements of the master during the staining process.

In general, these drawbacks significantly limit the ability of hair coloring and reduce the convenience of dyeing operations, and also lead to an increase in the duration of dyeing and stay of visitors in an uncomfortable state.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is the "Device for coloring hair strands" (patent No. 186967, the start date of the patent validity date 07/18/2018, registration date 02/12/2019). The device consists of at least two linings made in the form of strips of polymer material, which is used as a sheet of foamed polyethylene with a single-sided adhesive coating. In this case, a sheet of foamed polyethylene with a thickness of 1.0-2.5 mm is used, and a one-sided adhesive coating of low or medium adhesion. The length and width of the strips is chosen taking into account the type and condition of the hair, the length and volume of the colored strands.

The disadvantage of this technical solution is its implementation of foamed polyethylene, which makes it impossible to reuse it

A technical problem, the solution of which is provided when using the claimed utility model, is the inability to reuse existing devices for coloring hair strands.

Utility Model Disclosure

The inventive utility model is carried out in order to solve the above problem, and therefore, the technical task of the present utility model is to create a device that would ensure its multiple use while ensuring the possibility of reliable fixation of a lock of hair in it and eliminating the possibility of sliding of the fixing device from the lock hair.

The technical result of the claimed utility model is the provision of multiple use of the device for fixing locks of hair during their coloring, while simultaneously ensuring the possibility of reliable fixation of locks of hair in it, eliminating the possibility of sliding of the fixing device from the locks of hair, and also reducing the laboriousness of coloring difficultly combed hair.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the claimed utility model is made detachable and consisting of two plastic strips with mushroom pins, which, when connected to each other, make it possible to obtain a reliable and easily separable connection.

The inventive utility model includes the following elements: strips with mushroom pins located on them (Dual-Lock clasp) (1 in Fig. 1), base (2 in Fig. 1), glue (3 in Fig. 1), pad- nameplate (4 in Fig. 1).

To achieve a technical result, the claimed utility model operates as follows.

The Dual-Lock fasteners used as part of the utility model consist of two plastic strips with mushroom-shaped pins, which, when connected to each other, provide a reliable and at the same time easily separable connection for a wide variety of applications in the painting process. In this case, the other side of the fastener is made of adhesive, which allows you to fix on it a lining, made mainly of plastic, on which the logo can be applied. This also allows you to provide additional functionality to the claimed technical solution, namely, to facilitate the manipulation of the product by creating an additional contact surface.

In one embodiment, the fastener has a pin density of about 39 pieces per square centimeter, while the thickness of one web is 3.5 millimeters, the fastener is used in combination with a fastener of the same type. The indicated embodiment of the fastener is applicable to any type of hair, both for separating the deep layers in the strand and for creating and holding the pile (layers of the strand) in the root zone.

In one embodiment of the utility model, the fastener has a pin density of about 42 pieces per square centimeter with a single web thickness of 3.1 mm, when fastened, 5.4 mm, which is used in combination with the same type of fastener. A larger number of pins in this embodiment makes it possible to use the product on thin and slippery hair, for separating thinner layers of strands and for working with thinner strands.

In one embodiment of the utility model, the fastener has a pin density of about 56 pieces per square centimeter, while the thickness of one web is 1.7 mm and is used in combination with a fastener of the same type. In this embodiment, the utility model is suitable for working with very thin and sensitive hair, as well as very smooth hair, very convenient for contouring techniques along the edge line of hair growth and for working with thin strands, also in combined dyeing techniques, since it is the easiest all samples of fasteners.

In one embodiment, part of the fastener on one side can be interconnected by a flexible or fixed jumper, which helps to prevent the loss of one of the parts of the fastener.

The outer layer of the fastener can be made of any material that is not toxic and suitable for fixing it on the adhesive side of the fastener, for example, plastic, metallized plastic, polystyrene.

The utility model is used as follows. One or several locks of hair to be dyed are separated on the head. The highlighted strand is placed on the fastener, while the fastener is oriented by the surface with the pins to the strand, then the strand is pressed to one of the half of the fastener. Then, from above, the strand is fixed by the second half of the fastener, while the second half of the fastener during fixation is also oriented by the surface with the pins to the strand. In the future, the fastener attached to the strands can be moved up or down depending on how long the strand needs to be painted.

The above operations are repeated until the completion of the dyeing procedure for all strands of hair. After holding the time necessary for fixing the paint, the strands are released from the fasteners in turn, and the fasteners themselves are disinfected, after which they are ready for reuse.

The use of a special Dual Lock clasp as the basis of the claimed utility model provides the possibility of dividing hair strands into inner layers while fixing them, making it easy to work even with hair structures that are difficult to separate into layers. Also, the claimed utility model allows one to perform various staining techniques at any angle of separation of sections and partings (horizontal, diagonal, vertical). Various embodiments of the claimed utility model differ from each other in density and thickness of the starting material, polymer composition, as well as the number of pins per measure of the area of the product. These differences allow you to use a ready-made clasp for dyeing hair of different types with different thicknesses of strands. Moreover, the use of the claimed utility model allows to achieve the necessary effect of separation and fixation of the inner layers in a fixed strand of hair.

Also, the claimed utility model is used for preliminary separation of layers in, for example, a dyed hair strand, prior to the direct transition to use by the method described above. To do this, take a thin strand of hair, distribute it at an angle of 45 degrees to the head, and touch one of the parts of the fastener to remove excess layers from the lock, then use the utility model in the manner described above. Thus, the use of the claimed utility model allows you to achieve personalized and very natural looking hair dyeing results. At the same time, separation of layers and fixation of strands can be carried out at any position of partings (horizontal, vertical, diagonal), this allows hairdressers to work out any existing dyeing techniques. The movement of the tool against the direction of the cuticle is completely safe for the quality of the hair web, since the smooth surface of the pins is not able to disrupt the hair structure.

One of the advantages of the claimed utility model is that it can be removed from the strand both before the completion of the hair dyeing procedure, and after its completion, which greatly facilitates the work of the colorist, allowing the strands to be released from the retainers when necessary to achieve the result staining. The clasp can be removed both by disconnecting it and by pulling it from the lock without damaging the hair.

The implementation of the fastener containing the pins, including polypropylene, due to the high wear resistance of polypropylene in relation to the chemical effects of dye preparations, ease of operation. Also, the claimed utility model has high strength, resistance to moisture and chemical effects of dyes, which allows it to be reused. The fastener is easy to clean and disinfect with both liquid solutions and ultraviolet light, which ensures compliance with SanPiN standards in a beauty salon.

The indicated properties of the claimed utility model make it possible to use it for almost all types of coloring and tinting of hair, dyeing of the ends and roots of hair, as well as for all types of highlighting using both closed and open techniques (with or without foil).

Presented in the present description, the fastener for hair coloring does not exhaust all possible options for its implementation, ensuring the achievement of the claimed technical result. In particular, the device can be made of other types of plastic materials with similar or similar properties.
