People who do not use glasses regularly have a problem with their placement when they are not in use.

Various devices for temporarily storing glasses are known.

For example, glasses holders are known in the form of a cord with loops at the ends that are worn on the temples of the glasses.

In this case, unused glasses hang freely on the chest, and a cord stretches from the put on glasses on the shoulders and back, which does not always look aesthetically pleasing, in addition, such a mount is not always reliable, since the glasses’ temples often slip out of the holder’s hinges and glasses can be lost or simply fall and crash.

Holders for glasses that are attached to clothes are known. The disadvantages of the known design include its unreliability. Since the loop is stiff enough, glasses hanging on the loop can easily slip and get lost or break when the user tilts or makes an awkward movement. The buttonhole itself can also be easily removed from the button. In addition, the loop looks unaesthetically like a foreign object on clothes, especially without placing glasses on it.

From the patent US5903928, 05/18/1999, there are known spectacle holders in the form of a loop of fabric sewn to the details of clothing (shirts, pockets, etc.).

Such a loop reliably holds the bow of the glasses, preventing the glasses from falling out when the user is tilted, however, this loop is sewn to the clothes during its manufacture and cannot be removed and used on another garment.

The task to which the claimed utility model is directed is to create a simple, reliable and user-friendly structure, which makes it universal.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the holder for glasses is made in the form of a folded in half a piece of tape with at least one slotted buttonhole under the button at each end of the piece of tape.

The ends of the tape segment are fastened (fixed) to each other, with the formation of a closed loop.

At each end of the length of the tape can be made at least one additional slotted loop.

The lower parts of the double-folded section of the tape can be interconnected along the lower edge with the formation of a cover. The connection of the lower edge of the tape can be made in the form of stitches, adhesive bonding, etc.

Under the tape refers to a strip (segment) of fabric or other material, such as polymer, leather, etc.

The offered product (a holder for glasses) is a separate independent accessory; it does not need to be sewn or sewn onto clothes during its manufacture, or after purchasing clothes. The holder is easy to manufacture and use. It is removed and put on any button or button.

The loop from the tape securely clasps (covers) the bow of the glasses, which prevents its slipping. As a result, the loss of points or their fall is excluded.

The proposed holder for glasses is a piece of tape folded in half with the formation of a loop 1. At the ends of a piece of tape there are slotted loops 2 for buttons. In FIG. 3 shows a holder blank with slotted loops 2. FIG. 2 shows the finished holder. The loop 1 is closed, while the double-folded piece of tape is fastened, for example, with transverse stitch 3. The user needs to put one cut-out loop 2 directly on button 4 and the other on button 4 over the edge of the garment (Fig. 5). This embodiment of the holder does not allow the loop to scroll around the button and ensures quick, convenient and reliable hitting of the glasses in the holder. Also, the holder can be made of a wide ribbon (the width of the ribbon is comparable with the size of the glasses) and can be attached to two or more buttons, with additional welt loops 5 being made on the ribbon. In this case, the lower edge of the loop 1 can be fastened to form a case for glasses. The connection of the lower edge can be made glue or in the form of stitches, etc.

A pattern, an inscription, an application, and so on can be placed on the holder or on an additional overlay. If necessary, for example, if there are no buttons on the garment, t-shirt, sweater, etc.), the eyeglass holder can be attached to the clothes with a pin or a brooch.
