Abstract

Ботинки ортопедические для детей и подростков при сложных деформациях стоп, содержащие подошву и верх, соединенный с подкладкой, при этом верх (2) содержит укороченную союзку (1), настроченную на берцы, удлиненный язычок (З). Задачей полезной модели является фиксация дистального отдела нижней конечности за счет включения в ботинки специальной ортопедической детали - кругового жесткого берца, удерживающего стопу в стабильном корригированном положении и в котором выполнен вырез, исключающий травматизацию мягких тканей заднего отдела стопы в период интенсивного роста ребенка. Технический результат достигается тем, что ботинки ортопедические для детей и подростков при сложных деформациях стоп, содержащие подошву и верх, соединенный с подкладкой, при этом верх содержит укороченную союзку, настроченную на берцы, удлиненный язычок, предлагается снабдить ботинки круговым жестким берцем, расположенным между верхом и подкладкой, по линии заднего шва круговой жесткий берц снабжены U-образным вырезом, глубина которого равна 0,68 L-(0,15L+9) мм, где L - длина стопы, мм, а ширина равна 1,5-2,0 см; по верхнему краю верх снабжен фиксирующим ремнем, закрепленным с возможностью охвата заднебоковой поверхности голени на уровне нижней трети, наружная сторона верха ботинка снабжена застежкой «молния».Orthopedic shoes for children and adolescents with complex deformations of the feet, containing the sole and top connected to the lining, while the top (2) contains a shortened vamp (1), sewn on the berets, an elongated tongue (3).
