The technical result is to simplify the removal and installation of a demonstration object from the closable surface of the table. The LED demo table includes a base; supports; ball-bearing helical gear, gearbox and electric motor, rotating the countertop, on which an advertising and demonstration object is placed. The device also includes an outer shell in the form of petals, covering an advertising and demonstration object. Description

The proposed utility model relates to the field of advertising and exhibition business, in particular to the design of advertising and demonstration devices.

The prior art.

The closest technical solution is an advertising and demonstration device comprising a fixed housing, an electric motor, a bearing, a rotating platform on which an advertising and demonstration object is placed, and an external transparent shell covering the advertising and demonstration object. In this case, a rolling bearing with a separator is used as a bearing, the electric motor is fixed inside the housing along its axis, the inner ring of the bearing and a rotating platform with an advertising and demonstration object are fixed to the motor shaft, the bearing cage is fixed to the housing, and the shell with the bearing is fixed on the outer ring of the bearing surface for the outer transparent shell. The disadvantage of this device is the complexity of the extraction of the demonstrated object and the relative complexity of the design.

The technical result of the utility model is to simplify the removal and installation of the object being demonstrated from the table surface being closed.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the LED demonstration table includes:

- base

- at least three vertical guides fixed at a small equal distance from the center of the base,

- two horizontal bushings, in the center of which bearings are mounted, while the bushings are fixed in vertical rails, the first in the upper part of the rails, and the second at a certain distance from the base,

- ball bearing screw transmission, fixed in the bearings of the bushings,

- an electric motor with a gearbox that carries out the movement of a ball bearing screw nut,

- a hollow pipe attached to the top of the shaft of a ball bearing screw drive,

- the upper part of the design of the table with tabletop, fixed in a hollow pipe,

- at least three U-shaped carbines attached in the upper part, at the same level, evenly, around the circumference of the hollow pipe,

- petal guides pivotally mounted in the rods of U-shaped carabiners,

- petals, made in the form of a frame, covered with decorative material, and having fastenings for installation in rails.

At the same time, at least three profile pipes are attached to the ball bearing screw nut, the upper part of which is attached to the outer part of the bearing, which is installed and is able to move along the hollow pipe.

Also bent pipes are attached to the outer part of the bearing moving along the hollow pipe, to the ends of which a rod is bent, bent into a circle, forming together a basket for raising the guide rails of the petals.

In addition, legs with wheels can be attached to the base of the table.

The table also contains an LED strip mounted on the petals or in the petals, and from the bottom of the countertop are attached: a battery and an LED controller that controls the LED strip.

The upper part of the table structure is made in the form of a tube frame to which a tabletop is attached.

The following describes one of the preferred options for the device manufactured by the applicant.

The LED demo table consists of three main parts:

1. The main part (the metal structure to which they are attached, one 12V battery, engine, upper part, petals).

2. The upper part (for example, a wooden table on an iron frame, to which the battery is attached, an LED controller).

3. Petals with LED backlight (for example, six pieces).

The metal structure is the base 1, which is held by four identical legs 2, made of a profile iron pipe with welded wheels 3. The legs are inserted into the base in the form of an iron structure welded with a cross from a profile iron pipe, and are fastened with long bolts 4. At a small equal distance from the center of the base are welded, for example, four (preferably at least three) vertical guides, in the form of metal pipes, to which the bushes with bearings 5 and 6 are welded, a ball is installed in these bearings bearing-driven helical gear 7, 8, to the shaft end of which a gear 9 (a conical pair) is welded on one side, to which an electric motor 10 is connected (the motor is powered by a battery 11), and a hollow tube 12 is welded on the other side of the shaft to connect the upper part of the table with countertop. The upper part of the table structure is inserted into the hollow pipe and fixed with a tightening bolt 13. U-shaped carbines 15 are welded to the hollow pipe 12 in a circle, for example, with an intermediate distance of 60 degrees, in the rods of which the guide tabs of the petals 14 are pivotally mounted.

To the nut 8, which is located on the screw 7 of the ball bearing screw shaft, profile pipes 16 are welded with their lower end part in a circle with a gap of 120 degrees and at an angle close to 90 degrees upwards (preferably 3 pipes, but may be more). The upper part of the profile pipes 16 is welded to the outer part of the bearing 17, which is mounted on the outer part of the hollow pipe 12 and can move up and down along it. Also, bent pipes 19 are welded to the outer part of the bearing 17 in a circle with an interval of 90 degrees, to the ends of which an iron rod is bent into a circle, forming together a basket 18 for raising the guide rails of the petals 14 and, accordingly, the petals themselves.

2. The upper part is a table for demonstration.

The upper part is essentially made in the form of countertops 19, made, for example, of wood in the shape of a hexagon and decorated with a holographic film on which the spangles are applied. A battery 20 and an LED controller 21, as well as connecting wires, are attached to the countertop from the bottom side. The inner part of the table is bolted 22 to a metal frame 23, it is made of a profile square pipe in the shape of a cross. A round profile pipe is welded to the center of the crosspiece, which is inserted into the main lower part of the structure, namely, into the hollow pipe 12 and is fixed with a fixing bolt 13.

3. Petals with LED backlight.

The petals with LED backlighting represent several designs, each of which is made in the shape of a petal. The frame of the structure is made of aluminum tubes 24 in the shape of a petal 29, the ball (lotus petals) is taken as the basis, the basis is six curved aluminum tubes - three pieces in length and three in width. The tubes are interconnected by wire and covered with fabric or transparent material 25. From the inside, the petals are decorated with an LED strip 26 on the edge, which changes color (RGB). At the base of each petal are soldered connecting wires that connect to the countertop. The frame of the petals is attached to the connecting profile pipe 27, which in turn is inserted into the guide rails of the petals 14.

Operating principle.

The backlight and untwisting or twisting of the proposed design in the form of a flower are controlled both automatically, via the radio remote control, and manually. When you turn on the switch 28 of the design, the engine rotates the gearbox, which is welded to the helical gear, the design starts to rotate (tabletop and petals). During rotation, the nut 8, located on the screw 7, rises up, thereby raising or lowering the “basket”, on which there are petals, which respectively close or open the tabletop with the object displayed on it.

LED demo table including base, at least three vertical guides fixed at a small equal distance from the center of the base, two horizontal bushings, in the center of which bearings are mounted, while the bushings are fixed in vertical guides, the first at the top of the guides, and the second at a certain distance from the base, ball bearing screw gear fixed in bush bearings, an electric motor with a gearbox that carries out the movement of a ball bearing screw nut, a hollow pipe attached to the upper part of the ball bearing screw shaft, the upper part of the design of the table with tabletop, fixed in a hollow pipe, at least three U-shaped carbines attached at the top, at the same level, evenly, around the circumference of the hollow pipe, petal guides pivotally mounted in the rods of U-shaped carabiners, the petals are made in the form of a frame covered with decorative material and having fastenings for installation in the guides, while at least three profile tubes are attached to the ball bearing screw nut, the upper part of which is attached to the outer part of the bearing, mounted and able to move through the hollow pipe also bent pipes are attached to the outer part of the bearing moving along the hollow pipe, to the ends of which a rod is bent, bent into a circle, forming together a basket for raising the guide rails of the petals. 2.
