Abstract

Description

The invention relates to devices intended for fixing devices, for example, mobile phones, for taking photos and filming a work process under illumination of a table lamp of a certain shape, for example, an ArtStyle Tl-402CS or ArtStyle Tl-402CW clamp when working, and may be used, for example, by cosmetologists, in the field of Beauty or jewelers.

Known devices in the form of stands and tripods mounted on horizontal surfaces on which the device for photo and video shooting is mounted, however, the known devices are bulky. The design of the existing stands and tripods does not provide the ability to bring the device for photography and video close to the object of work, which is carried out under a lamp of a certain shape, as the light is blocked by a mobile phone or a work lamp interferes with accurate photo video recording of work.

A device is known comprising interconnected pad for placing a cell phone and a device for installation at the place of use (see the description of US patent No. 8602376, class A47G 29/00, 12/10/2013).

The known device does not provide the ability to fix (location) a mobile phone for photos and videos under the lighting of a table lamp and close to the subject. In addition, the use for fixing the mobile phone and the stand relative to the surface of the double-sided adhesive tape leads to contamination of the contact surface with the adhesive composition of the adhesive tape, which narrows the area of use of the device.

A device is known comprising interconnected pad for placing a cell phone and a device for installation at the place of use (see patent for utility model CN No. 203450041, class B60R 11/02, 02/26/2014).

The known device does not provide the ability to fix (location) a mobile phone for photos and videos under the lighting of a table lamp and close to the subject. Also in the known device, the installation device is equipped with a vacuum suction cup. However, when installing the device, the suction cup requires a perfectly flat and smooth supporting surface, so the device cannot be installed on a curved surface, which limits the possibility of its use.

A device is known, adopted as a prototype, containing interconnected platform for placing a mobile phone and a device for installation at the place of use (see the description of the utility model for the patent of the Russian Federation No. 155 860, IPC F16M 11/00, 10/20/2015).

The platform for placing a mobile phone and the device for installation at the place of use are interconnected by hinges and a flexible rod. On the opposite surface to the supporting surface of the plates, a coating of a piece of non-slip adhesive polymer material is fixed.

The well-known stand can be used for installation from various angles of virtually any portable device, such as a mobile phone. During operation, by changing the angle of the pad relative to the installation tool, the angle and height of the pad relative to the supporting surface changes, ensuring the position of the mobile phone at the required angle.

However, the known device does not provide the possibility of fixing (location) a mobile phone for photo and video shooting under the illumination of a table lamp and close to the subject, since the device is installed only on a horizontal surface, which is a disadvantage of this device.

The technical task and the result of the proposed utility model is to provide the possibility of fixing the device on a curved surface for photo and video shooting of the process of working with a mobile phone as close to the subject.

The technical result consists in the fact that the suspension comprises interconnected pad for placing a cell phone and a fixture for attaching, while a rectangular pad is made with a cavity for accommodating a guide with a longitudinal groove for accommodating an elastic element connecting the sides of the pad, made with the edges bent inward to the pad moreover, one side is rigidly connected to the platform, and the other to the guide, and is equipped with a rigidly mounted bracket with a through threaded hole for fasteners and the basics for installing the fixture, made in the form of a U-shaped element with the edges bent inward for fixation, on the outer surface of which with offset relative to its middle part a bracket is mounted with a through hole mating with a through threaded hole for fasteners to enable rotation and subsequent fixing by means of fixture of the platform relative to the device. A rubber cord is used as an elastic element.

The device consists of a rectangular platform 1 for placing a mobile phone and a device 2 for mounting it at the place of use.

The rectangular platform 1 is made with a cavity for accommodating the guide 3, made no more than the length of the platform 1 and the sides 4 and 5, made with the edges bent to the center of the platform 1 for fixing the mobile phone case, while the board 5 is rigidly connected to the platform 1, and the board 4 rigidly connected to the guide 3.

The width of the platform 1 is less than the length of the sides 4 and 5 to enable the camera of a mobile phone to work when installing a mobile phone on site 1.

On board 4, the bracket 6 is rigidly fixed with a groove made in its middle part and a through threaded hole for installing fasteners 7 (the groove and the through threaded hole are not shown in the drawing). The bracket 6 is offset to one edge of the pad 1 to enable the camera of the mobile phone to work when installing the mobile phone on the pad 1.

The sides 4 and 5 are interconnected by an elastic element 8 in the form of a loop to enable the installation of mobile phones of different widths on the site 1.

As an elastic element 8, a rubber cord is used, one end connected to the side 5, and the other end to the side 4. To place the elastic element 8 in the middle of the guide 3, a groove 9 is made, the sides 4 and 5 contain two holes 10, and the bracket 4 - a groove for accommodating the junction of the ends of the elastic element 8 (a groove is not shown in the drawing).

 The fixture 2 for attaching the pad 1 is made in the form of a U-shaped element with the edges bent inward for fixing on the housing, for example, a table lamp on an ArtStyle Tl-402CS or ArtStyle Tl-402CW clamp. On the outer surface of the U-shaped element with an offset relative to its middle part, a bracket 11 with a through hole for installing fasteners 7 is rigidly fixed (a through hole in the drawing is not shown). This arrangement of the bracket 11 ensures that light from the lamp enters the subject to be captured.

The platform 1 and the device 2 are interconnected with the possibility of rotation relative to each other in a vertical plane, and subsequent fixation by means of a fastener 7, for example a screw.

Suspension parts are made of plastic ABS.

Collect and use the proposed device as follows.

First, the platform 1 for the mobile phone is assembled, for which one end of the elastic element 8 is guided through the groove of the bracket 7 and the hole 11 of the bracket 5 into the holes 11 of the bracket 6, placing the elastic element in the groove 10 of the guide 4 and simultaneously leading the guide 4 into the groove of the platform 1, after whereby the ends of the elastic element 9 are interconnected, placing the connection in the groove of the bracket 7.

The bracket 13 is placed in the groove of the bracket 7, combining the through hole of the bracket 13 with a threaded hole made in the bracket 7, and fasten the connection with a screw 8. Then, the edges of the U-shaped element 3 bent inward fix the suspension on the housing 12, for example, a table lamp on an ArtStyle clamp Tl-402CS or ArtStyle Tl-402CW or others. A mobile phone is placed on site 1, placing it between the bent edges of the sides 5 and 6.

If necessary, the screw 8 is loosened, the pad 1 is rotated relative to the U-shaped element 3, positioning the mobile phone at the required angle, and again tighten the screw 8.

A pendant comprising interconnected pad for placing a cell phone and a fixture for mounting, characterized in that the rectangular pad is made with a cavity for placing a guide with a longitudinal groove for accommodating an elastic element connecting the sides of the pad, made with the edges bent inward to the pad, one side is rigidly connected to the platform, and the other to the guide and is equipped with a rigidly mounted bracket with a through threaded hole for fasteners and a groove for installing for mounting, made in the form of a U-shaped element with the edges bent inward for fixation, on the outer surface of which with offset relative to its middle part a bracket is fixed with a through hole mating with a through threaded hole for fasteners to enable rotation and subsequent fixation by means of fasteners platforms relative to the fixture. 2.
