Abstract

Dress for women after radical mastectomy with pronounced lymphostasis of the upper limb or after prosthetics of congenital or amputation defects of the upper limb at the shoulder level or after isolating the shoulder or with limited motor capabilities due to injury or paralysis of the upper limb, containing: the central one-piece back and the central one-piece front with neckline; lateral anterior and lateral posterior parts of the scruff bodice, the length of which is below the line of the hips; two front and two rear flared wedges connected to the side parts of the front and back of the bodice along the transverse line of the undercut; sleeves; patch pockets. The objective of the utility model is to create such a dress that would optimize its functional and operational-ergonomic indicators for comfortable wearing and convenient in the process of self-service (when putting on, removing and fastening-unfastening) with one (healthy) hand. The task is achieved by the fact that the front dress is made oar and includes: the central one-piece part of the front (1); central one-piece back (2); round neckline (3); one-piece sleeves with a lowered armhole like “bat” (4) with stitched cuffs (5); flared wedges front (6) and rear (7); pockets with an oblique line of the upper entrance of the pockets (8), the lower sections of which are fixed in the seams of the bodice (9), the side sections are in the seam of the sewing of the bodice and sleeves (10), and the front ones are in the relief seams of the central part of the dress. The hinged part of the dress passes along the line of the shoulder seam (11) and the vertical relief located on the side of the deformed or prosthetic upper limb, and is completed by a fastener on buttons (12) and welt loops (13). At the same time, the lower sections of the shoulder seam and the oar vertical relief are equipped with stitched strips (14 and 15), and the upper sections of the shoulder seam and the oar vertical relief are equipped with a stitching strip (16). The utility model relates to both the prosthetic and orthopedic and sewing industries, namely to the manufacture of clothing - dresses as a technical means of rehabilitation of special functional purpose for women with disabilities, who, due to amputations, diseases or injuries, have limited motor capabilities of all joints of the upper limb together or separately (shoulder, elbow, wrist), asymmetry between the right and left half of the figure, violation of posture, different height of the shoulders (Appendix 1 )

It is known "Dress with longitudinal seams and pockets", presented by FSBI "SPb NTsEPR im. G.A. Albrekhta Roszdrav ”, in the final research report for 2008, UDC 615.479, state registration number 01.2.006 07762 (attached), which is the closest analogue to the claimed one, consisting of the central whole-cut back part and the central whole-cut front part with a neckline; lateral anterior and lateral posterior parts of the scruff bodice, the length of which is below the line of the hips; sleeves with stitched cuffs; two front and two rear flared wedges connected to the side parts of the front and back of the bodice along the transverse line of the undercut; patch pockets (Appendix 2).

The disadvantages of the considered dress are the following:

- an oar dress with a neckline makes it difficult to put it on and remove it over your head with one (healthy) hand;

- the design of the sleeves does not provide freedom of fitting for the comfortable placement of prostheses and / or injured, paralyzed and, especially, swollen hands when they change in volume upwards during the day;

- the absence of shoulder pads does not allow correction of the uneven height of the shoulders and provide an optimally comfortable fit of the dress on a morphologically modified figure;

The objective of the utility model is to create such a dress that would optimize its functional and operational-ergonomic indicators for comfortable wearing and convenient for self-care (when putting on, removing and fastening-unfastening) with one (healthy) hand.

The technical result of the task is achieved by the fact that in a dress for women after radical mastectomy with pronounced lymphostasis of the upper limb or after prosthetics of congenital or amputation defects of the upper limb at the shoulder level or after isolating the shoulder or with limited motor capabilities due to trauma or paralysis of the upper limb containing: central one-piece back and central one-piece front with neckline; lateral anterior and lateral posterior parts of the scruff bodice, the length of which is below the line of the hips; two front and two rear flared wedges connected to the side parts of the front and back of the bodice along the transverse line of the undercut; sleeves; patch pockets, it is proposed to perform: oar along the line of the shoulder seam and vertical relief in front on the side of the deformed or amputated upper limb with a fastener on buttons and welt loops; the sleeves are made with one-piece with a low armhole of the type of "bat" and stitched cuffs; with uneven shoulder pads; patch pockets with oblique line of the upper entrance; at the same time, the lower sections of the shoulder seam and the oar vertical relief should be provided with stitched strips, and the upper sections of the shoulder seam and the oar vertical relief should be provided with a trim strip; the neckline is made round.

The essence of the utility model is illustrated by drawings (Fig. 1-5).

The dress includes one-piece sleeves with a lowered armhole like “bat” 4 with stitched cuffs 5, flared wedges front 6 and rear 7, laid on with a scythe the line of the upper entrance has pockets 8, the lower sections of which are fixed in the connecting seams along the undercut line of the bodice 9, the side sections are in the seam of the sewing of the bodice and sleeves 10, and the front ones are in the relief seams of the central part of the dress.

The swinging part of the dress in front (Fig. 1 and Fig. 3), passing along the shoulder seam 11 and further down the vertical relief line, is located on the side of the deformed or prosthetic upper limb and is equipped with a clasp made using the mushroom-shaped buttons “on the leg” 12 and slotted loops 13, while the lower sections of the shoulder seam and the oar vertical relief (Fig. 3) are provided with stitched strips 14 and 15 to ensure reliable fixation of the buttons on them, and the upper sections of the shoulder seam and the oar vertical relief are provided wives with a trim strip 16 to enhance the strength of the welt loops during operation of the product, which in general creates certain conveniences and comfort for self-putting on and removing, fastening and unfastening the dress with one (healthy) hand.

In addition, the dress is supplemented with uneven shoulder pads: pad 17 (Fig. 4) and pad 18 (Fig. 5), each of which, taking into account the functional purpose of its height, is attached from the inside to the corresponding (right or left) side of the dress in the shoulder a seam, which allows you to achieve an optimally comfortable fit (balance) of the dress on the morphologically modified figure, visual alignment of the position of the shoulders and hiding the asymmetry of the figure.

Using. Dress for women after radical mastectomy with severe lymphostasis of the upper limb or after prosthetics of congenital or amputation defects of the upper limb at the shoulder level or after isolating the shoulder or with limited motor capabilities due to trauma or paralysis of the upper limb is used as follows.

Donning. Before putting on the dress should be completely unfastened. First, you need to enter the brush (deformed edema or trauma, paralyzed or prosthetized) of the upper limb into the sleeve 4 and, by moving it from the bottom-up with the movements of a healthy hand, set it on the shoulder girdle. Then, putting the second sleeve 4 on a healthy hand, check the correct position of the shoulder pads 17 and 18 on the shoulders, and then fasten the dress, starting with the first button located on the shoulder seam 11 at the neckline 3 (see Fig. 1)

Withdrawal. When removing the dress, all actions are performed in the reverse order: first you need to unfasten the clasp, starting with the last button located at the bottom of the front center of the dress 1 and ending with unfastening the first button located on the shoulder seam 11 at the neckline 3. Next, move forward and up using the shoulder strap of a healthy hand, remove the arm from the sleeve 4, then, with its help, remove the second sleeve 4 from the damaged arm.

The positive effect of the proposed technical solution of the dress is to optimize its functional and operational-ergonomic indicators that provide comfortable wearing and convenience during self-care during putting on, removing, fastening and unfastening with one (healthy) hand due to:

- Swing dress design with a round neckline;

- supply along the line of its fastener of the lower sections of the shoulder seam and vertical relief with stitched straps to enhance the reliability of fixing buttons on them, and the upper slices of the shoulder seam and vertical relief with a trim strip to enhance the strength of the welded loops;

- one-piece sleeves with a lowered armhole like “bat” with stitched cuffs for comfortable placement of prostheses or injured, paralyzed, or swollen hands in them;

- supplying dresses with unequal shoulder pads to achieve an optimally comfortable fit (balance) of the dress on the morphologically modified figure, visually aligning the position of the shoulders and hiding the asymmetry of the figure;

- patch pockets with an oblique line of the upper entrance for comfortable insertion and placement in them of swollen and / or deformed hands or dentures.
