Abstract
The utility model relates to floating offshore structures and can be used for ships, ships, as well as objects of marine equipment with steel or reinforced concrete hulls and superstructures made of aluminum alloys. The problem solved by the utility model is to increase the efficiency of the long-term operation of a floating marine object with steel hull elements and an aluminum alloy superstructure due to the weakening of corrosion processes while ensuring electrical safety of electrical equipment mounted on a floating object. The problem is solved due to the fact that in a floating marine object containing a hull with steel structural elements, a superstructure mounted on it, the hull structures of which are made of aluminum alloy, the hull and superstructure connection nodes, as well as the electrical equipment located in the hull and the superstructure, nodes mechanical fastening of the hull and superstructure are made with gaskets electrically insulating them from each other. An adjacent insulating surface area of the steel structural elements and body structures of the superstructure is coated with an insulating coating. The device contains at least one additional ground electrode isolated from the housing, made of a metal sheet located below the waterline. To this metal sheet, insulated from the steel structural elements of the housing by a conductor, the body structures of the superstructure are connected. The proposed technical solution for the design of a marine floating facility allows to reduce operating costs for the provision of corrosion protection, including by reducing the requirements for the maintenance of corrosion protection products, both tread and cathodic.
Description
The utility model relates to floating offshore structures and can be used for ships, ships, as well as objects of marine equipment with steel or reinforced concrete hulls and superstructures made of aluminum alloys.
Известен плавучий морской объект, с корпусом из железобетона - композиционного материала, состоящего из бетона и стальных конструктивных элементов (арматуры) и с железобетонными надстройками (патент РФ №169063).A floating marine object is known, with a housing made of reinforced concrete - a composite material consisting of concrete and steel structural elements (reinforcement) and with reinforced concrete superstructures (RF patent No. 169063).
2.6.4.3).In accordance with regulatory requirements at offshore facilities, the metal parts of the hull must have a reliable electrical connection (grounding) with the outer metal casing (Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, part XI, paragraph 1.2.1). Since the reinforced concrete casing is essentially electrically non-conductive, a special copper sheet with an area of at least 0.5 m 2 and a thickness of at least 2 mm attached to the outer casing at a level below the waterline with the least draft is used to ground it (Russian Maritime Register of Shipping , part XI, paragraph 2.6.4.3).
The large mass of reinforced concrete settings leads to increased requirements for stiffness and bearing capacity of the hull, which leads to an increase in material consumption and a decrease in the mobility of the marine object as a whole.
A decrease in the mass of a floating marine object can be achieved by carrying out superstructures made of aluminum alloys. At the same time, it becomes necessary to install these add-ons on embedded parts - special steel structures associated with the steel reinforcement of the reinforced concrete casing. For such a connection, bimetallic inserts are used, as described, for example, in RF patent No. 1672711. However, this technical solution limits the life of a floating marine object due to increased corrosion processes that occur when the add-in and hull are wetted during sea waves and precipitation, as well as when moisture and fog condense in the dispersed layer above the surface of the water. This effect is due to the fact that the conjugate sections of the hull structures, namely: the superstructure made of aluminum alloy, and the metal hull structures made of steel, when wetted, are in a conductive medium or under a conductive film. At the same time, contact corrosion occurs on the mating wetted sections of the body structures made of metals with electrode potentials differing in magnitude (for steel and aluminum, respectively, –0.75 V and –0.47 V). This type of corrosion is characterized by a sharp differentiation of sections of metal surfaces into anode and cathode zones and a pronounced dependence of the rate of corrosion damage on the removal of the considered section to the boundary of dissimilar metals [Iossel, Yu.Ya. Calculation and modeling of contact corrosion of ship structures. / Yu.Ya. Yossel, G.E. Klenov, R.A. Pavlovsky - Leningrad. - Shipbuilding, 1979]. In this case, corrosion destruction of the body structures of the superstructure, which are the anode in the considered two-electrode galvanic system, mainly occurs.
Наиболее близким по совокупности существенных признаков к заявляемой полезной модели является плавучий морской объект, содержащий корпус со стальными корпусными конструкциями, надстройку, выполненную из алюминиевого сплава, и узел крепления корпуса с надстройкой (патент РФ 64588).The closest set of essential features to the claimed utility model is a floating marine object containing a hull with steel hull structures, an add-in made of aluminum alloy, and an attachment point for the hull with an add-on (RF patent 64588).
раздел 1, рисунок 1.7.7).At this offshore facility, as with all steel vessels with superstructures made of aluminum alloys, the earthing switch is steel hull cladding structures directly in contact with sea water, and the hull structures of superstructures are connected to steel hull structures through the aforementioned bimetallic inserts. Bimetallic inserts electrically connect the hull structure of the hull and the superstructure and provide equalization of potentials required in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Installation Code (Electrical Installation Rules 7th edition 2002, St. Petersburg) to ensure electrical safety of the equipment being placed (see
However, this marine object also has drawbacks consisting in limiting the term of its operation when the hull is moistened with the lower part of the superstructures. This is due to contact corrosion, which is associated with electrochemical processes between two electrically connected dissimilar metals in an environment of sea water containing a large amount of dissolved salts, causing its electrical conductivity. In this case, there is also a process of formation of an electrically conductive salt film on electrically separable hull structures of steel and aluminum alloys. The electrically conductive film leads to an increase in electrical conductivity between the structures of the hull and the superstructure, and, accordingly, to an increase in the corrosion processes and increased corrosion destruction of the hull structures of the superstructure.
These circumstances generally limit the effectiveness of the long-term operation of a well-known offshore facility, as they require special structural and organizational measures to ensure corrosion protection, and the electrical separation of the steel body and the superstructure made of aluminum alloys is unacceptable from the point of view of ensuring electrical safety of the electrical equipment located in them.
The problem solved by the utility model is to increase the efficiency of long-term operation of a floating marine object with steel hull elements and a superstructure of aluminum alloys by reducing the intensity of corrosion processes while ensuring electrical safety of electrical equipment mounted on a floating object.
The problem is solved due to the fact that a floating marine object containing a hull with steel structural elements and a superstructure mounted on it, the hull structures of which are made of aluminum alloy, the mechanical fastening parts of the hull with a superstructure and the electrical equipment located in the hull and superstructure have the following differences - the superstructure is fixed to the housing through electrically insulating gaskets, and its hull structures are connected isolated from the steel structural elements of the housing a conductor to at least one metal sheet insulated from the housing located below the waterline.
In addition, an adjacent insulating surface area of the steel structural elements and body structures of the superstructure is coated with an insulating coating.
The specified technical result is provided only with a combination of distinctive features.
So the use of only one electrical separation of the hull structures of the superstructure and the hull with insulating gaskets without equalizing the potentials is unacceptable from the point of view of electrical safety.
The grounding of the body structures of the superstructure with a metal sheet isolated from the body of the floating structure, if there is no electrical disconnection from the body of the floating object, has no technical meaning, since it does not affect the functioning of the galvanic couple that causes corrosion processes
Similarly, the use of an insulating coating for the connection node of the hull structures of superstructures with the steel structures of the hull with the aforementioned bimetallic inserts also does not affect the formation of a galvanic pair that causes corrosion processes.
The grounding of the body structures of the superstructure with a metal sheet located below the waterline through a conductor connected to the body structures of the superstructure without the use of an electrically insulating coating of adjacent surface sections of the steel structural elements and the body structures of the superstructure causes a shunt effect of the conductive medium, which unacceptably reduces the effectiveness of the protective electrical disconnect due to high wire the properties of the medium between those in close proximity (of the order of 0.05-0.3 m) to the surfaces of metal structures relative to remote sections of their surfaces, especially under the influence of salt films.
Thus, the above technical result is achieved only by combining the above features characterizing a utility model
The specified design of a floating marine facility as a whole provides an increase in the efficiency of its operation by increasing the corrosion resistance of the superstructure while ensuring electrical safety of the electrical equipment installed at the facility.
4.The essence of the proposed utility model is illustrated in the figure, where in FIG. 1 floating marine object, in FIG. 2 - assembly unit for its body and superstructure, in FIG. 3 is a graph of the spreading resistance of an electric current of an outboard ground electrode system in an outboard environment. The floating marine object is structurally made integral - comprises a
When implementing the claimed technical solution on reinforced concrete floating docks, landing stages and similar marine floating objects with superstructures and structures made of aluminum alloys, equalization of potentials, provided for by the current standards of PUE, is realized on a floating marine object by contact through
A calculated estimate of the electrical resistance of devices grounding enclosures was made using the finite element method in the COMSOL Multiphysics software package version 5.3a. From the graph of FIG. 3, it can be seen that even with minimal salinity of the water, the electrical resistance between the superstructure and the steel structures (outer skin) of the hull does not exceed a value of the order of 3 Ohms. This value lies within the tolerance regulated by clause 1.7.104 of the EMP, according to which, from the point of view of electrical safety, it is not necessary to take into account the value of the resistance of the grounding device less than 4 Ohms.
The proposed technical solution for the design of a marine floating facility allows to reduce operating costs for the provision of anticorrosive protection of the facility, including by reducing maintenance requirements for such corrosion protection means as tread and cathodic protection.
