Group chain drive for wells, equipped with a sucker-rod pump, consists of two modules: a chain drive and an acceptor stand combined with a winder. These modules are interconnected by a steel rope. The chain drive is mounted on the foundation blocks and subframe. The subframe serves as a support for the front of the chain drive and, if necessary, underground repair of wells is easily dismantled away from the wellhead. The acceptor consists of a stand, a pulley and a coiler. The proposed group chain drive for wells equipped with a sucker-rod pump allows simultaneous production of fluid by sucker-rod pumps from two product layers of neighboring wells, to ensure individual well operation parameters, to increase the reliability of work by balancing the system, and to reduce metal consumption, reduce energy consumption and simplify maintenance during operation. The presence of the drive rope in the lower part allows to increase the safety of staff and to provide control over the condition of steel ropes. Also distinctive is the possibility of setting up an underground repair team without dismantling the chain drive and the acceptor strut, for this it is necessary to move using a manual winch and move the subframe. This ensures the operation of the well, in which underground repairs are not performed. 3 ill.

ZHI GAO).Closest to the claimed device is a well pump CN 201794555 Combined pumping unit (IPC: ЕВВ 43/00; publ. 04/13/2011, patent holder: ZHI GAO).
A utility model is a combined pump drive. The combined pump installation is characterized by the presence of a pedestal, a weight balancing cabinet, a stand, hangers for a rope, a head pulley, a transmission cable, a drive wheel, a rack support, an engine, an input coupling, an output coupling, a gearbox, an electric control cabinet, a clamping power unit, blocks for the stand with a head pulley, etc., moreover, the power supply unit with prizes and rack units with a head pulley are two groups of independent equipment that can be divided and combined; two pulley stand assemblies are symmetrically located on two sides of the prize power unit to form a double well pumping unit; and a single stage pump unit is formed by removing one block of the pulley stand. When two wells are combined, two wells are dragged by one engine and exchanged by one drive wheel, and the loads of two wells work so that the loads are balancing weights with each other, therefore the transmission chain of the pump unit is reduced and the efficiency of the entire unit is improved to achieve the goal of energy saving. It is convenient to disassemble, assemble, transport, and maintain the pump unit as a whole, suitable for a work area that has been removed in succession, and reduces the total number of installed pump units.
The disadvantages of this design is the lack of the ability to individually adjust the parameters of each well. The disadvantage of this drive is also the passage of the steel rope at a height that does not allow timely inspection of the rope in order to detect defects.
The technical task of the proposed utility model is the need to use in the neighboring wells one drive of a sucker rod pump. To reduce the number of energy-consuming equipment while maintaining high energy parameters of the drive, which allows to increase reliability, reduce metal consumption, reduce power consumption and simplify maintenance during operation. Reduce the cost of equipment purchase and arrangement of wells.
To solve the technical problem, a group chain drive has been developed for wells equipped with a sucker rod pump, consisting of two main parts of the chain drive and the acceptor strut, interconnected by ropes. The steel rope, which serves as a drive for the well acceptor, is attached to the lower part of the counterweight of the chain drive, then the rope, around the pulleys installed in the lower part of the drive, is fixed to the coiler, which in turn allows you to individually adjust the parameters of the wells. The stand mounted on the well, the acceptor consists of a frame with pulleys fixed in the upper part, serving as guides for the steel rope.
New is the ability to set individual operating parameters for each well using a coiler.
In FIG. 1 shows a general view of the drive “Group chain drive for wells equipped with a sucker rod pump”; in FIG. 2 is a diagram of an acceptor strut; in FIG. 3 is a diagram of a block of rollers.
3.A group chain drive for wells equipped with a rod-depth pump consists of two modules: a chain drive 1 and an
Group chain drive for wells equipped with a sucker rod pump operates as follows.
3.To raise the fluid from two neighboring wells, the chain drive 1 is mounted on blocks at the donor well, and the acceptor stand 2 at the neighboring well. The chain drive 1 is equipped with an electric motor 9, a
3.When the wells exit for underground repairs, the following is performed: the chain drive 1 is freed from bolting it to the blocks and, using a manual winch, is moved away from the wellhead towards the acceptor well and the subframe is removed 6. After the chain drive is moved back, the rope is hooked to the coiler and thus the acceptor well remains in operation while a repair is being made at a neighboring well. In the case of repair of the acceptor well, it is only necessary to move the
In the process of work, free access is provided not only to rods and couplings, but also to a steel rope for its timely inspection. To avoid injury between the resistant chain drive and the rack of the
The technical scheme of a group chain drive for wells equipped with a sucker rod pump has been modernized in such a way that allows you to work and adjust the operating modes (number of swings per minute, stroke length) of each well completely autonomously, depending on the production conditions from each productive layer of different wells .
The electrical circuit provides protection against overloads when exceeding the rated currents and fixing the parameters of the device.
The inventive group chain drive for wells equipped with a sucker rod pump, made on standard equipment using modern materials and technologies.
The proposed group chain drive for wells equipped with a sucker-rod pump allows simultaneous production of liquid sucker-rod pumps from two product formations of neighboring wells, to ensure individual well operation parameters, increase the reliability of the system by balancing the system, reduce metal consumption, reduce energy consumption and simplify maintenance during operation .
