Abstract

The invention relates to tourism equipment, namely, folding knives with a swivel blade. Folding tourist knife contains a blade and a handle, connected with the possibility of folding / unfolding by turning relative to the axial sleeve. On the inner side of the handle is made arc leading groove with the locking part. The blade is equipped with a landing slot, in which a locking roller with an axial driving pin is installed with the possibility of rotation and linear movement. Description

The invention relates to tourism equipment, namely, folding knives with a swivel blade.

The prior art folding tourist knife containing connected with the possibility of folding / folding by turning relative to the axial sleeve blade and handle, on the inner side of which is made arc leading groove with fixing part (see patent RU180255, cl. B26B 1/04, publ. 06/07/2018). A disadvantage of the known device is the rapid wear of the movable axial sleeve, which is the main bearing element for the knife in the unfolded position.

A technical problem is the elimination of this drawback and the creation of a knife that is simple to manufacture and use. The technical result is to increase the reliability of the folding knife. The problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved by the fact that in a folding tourist knife containing connected with the possibility of folding / unfolding by turning the blade and the handle relative to the axial hub, on the inner side of which an arc leading groove with a fixing part is made, the blade is equipped with a landing slot, which with the possibility of rotation and linear movement of the fixing roller with an axial leading pin moving along the specified leading groove. The knife is preferably provided with a shaped spring element fixed on the axial sleeve and pressing the leading pin in the unfolded position into the locking part of the leading groove. Landing slot is preferably made in the form of a notch U-shaped.

The proposed folding tourist knife is formed by the blade 1 and the handle 2 with through holes 3 and 4, respectively, into which the axial bush 5 is pressed, which makes it possible to fold / unfold the knife. On the inner side of the handle 2, an arc leading groove 6 is made with a locking radial part 7 (the knife can be equipped with two similar parts of the handle 2 located on both sides of the blade 1). The blade 1 is equipped with a landing nest in the form of a notch 8 U-shaped, in which the fixing roller 9 with the pressed axial driving pin 10 is rotatably and linearly moved. The pin 10 moves along the groove 6. On the sleeve 5 from one or each side of the blade 1, a shaped spring element 11 (an annular washer-compression and / or tension spring) is fixed, pressing the pin 10 in the unfolded position into the fixing part 7 of the guide groove 6.

The proposed device works as follows.

The blade 1 from the fixed position moves to the free rotation position by displacing the roller 9 with the pin 10 through the notch 8, which leads to compression of the spring element 11. The pin 10 leaves the locking part 7 and begins to move along the arc part of the shaped leading groove 6, as along the guide. While the roller 9 rotates freely inside the recess 8, simplifying the movement and eliminating the possibility of jamming.

When bringing the blade 1 into the working position, it is fixed independently due to the displacement of the pin 10 together with the roller 9 in the fixing part 7 of the shaped guide groove 6 under the action of the spring element 11. The node remains in this position due to the elasticity of the material of the element 11.

Thus, the proposed design allows to increase the reliability of the folding knife due to the perception of the main load in the working position with a fixed axial bushing, as well as with the equipment of the driving pin 10 with a rolling element in the form of a roller 9, as well as through automatic fixation using a spring element 11 .

Folding tourist knife, containing connected with the possibility of folding / unfolding through rotation relative to the axial sleeve blade and handle, on the inner side of which an arc leading groove with fixing part is made, characterized in that it is equipped with a shaped spring element fixed on the axial sleeve, with this blade is made with a landing slot, in which a locking roller with an axial leading pin moving along the specified guide shaft is mounted for rotation and linear movement about the groove, moreover, the shaped spring element is made with the possibility of compression in the unfolded position of the drive pin in the locking part of the drive groove. 2.
