Description
The utility model relates to means for contactless remote disinfection of the inner surface of the vertical sections of the ducts of ventilation and air conditioning systems of buildings and structures from bacteriological pollution.
Modern multi-storey administrative and public buildings, industrial buildings and other crowded places are areas of increased aerobiological danger and are potentially dangerous for the spread of infections transmitted by airborne droplets. The most effective ways to prevent the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases transmitted by airborne droplets (aerosol) is to disinfect the air supplied to the premises using modern ultraviolet technologies, as well as timely cleaning and disinfection of ventilation and air conditioning systems.
№07(Д).The cleaning of components of air ventilation systems, including air ducts, is usually carried out mechanically, followed by the application of disinfectants, while the instructions for use of these funds must necessarily have permission to use them for disinfection of ventilation and air conditioning systems. Disinfectants should not contain chlorine, should have a low pH, should not have corrosive properties, as well as a pronounced specific smell. After cleaning and disinfection before putting the ventilation, air conditioning and duct systems into operation, the surfaces of the ducts and equipment should be dry (see Guidelines for organizing the monitoring of cleaning and disinfection of ventilation and air conditioning systems, approved by Order of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision Moscow 12.08.2004, No. 07 (D).
When disinfecting with disinfectants using the methods of wiping, irrigation and “cold fog” it is impossible to achieve complete disinfection of hard-to-reach areas, as a result of which microorganisms remain on the inner surfaces of the air ducts, which leads to the need to shorten the periods between treatments. Given the fact that microorganisms quite quickly develop resistance to disinfectants, frequent treatment of air ducts will lead to the emergence of ultra-resistant strains and the need to develop more and more powerful disinfectants. This entails high material costs.
Other technical solutions are known from the prior art, in which liquid disinfectants are used to disinfect the inner surfaces of the ducts.
A device for cleaning and disinfection according to CN 203648941 (U), 2014, is intended for use in the air duct of an air duct. A similar device is described in CN 205191785U, 2016.
Low-power stationary ultraviolet light-emitting diodes, available in the closest analogue, cannot provide the required level of disinfection of the inner surface of the ventilation duct or air conditioning system, and therefore, the use of disinfectant solutions is required. The disadvantages of all the known devices described above include the fact that the use of disinfectants for disinfecting the internal surfaces of air ducts creates difficulties in operation, while imposing a number of restrictions on the disinfectants used (must not contain chlorine, have corrosive properties and a pronounced specific smell) and, in addition to in addition, after applying disinfectants, drying of the surfaces of the ducts before starting the ventilation or conditioning system is required Air Ia. It is known that the dose of UV radiation necessary to disinfect the inner surface of the duct is very significant due to the fact that the presence of a protein shell (formed when a colony of microorganisms grows on the surface) requires a dose of UV radiation that is more than 10 times higher than the values determined in experiments on pure cultures. An increase in the power of stationary irradiators used in the analogs of CN 104819522 and CN 205191785 is not justified - the cost of the disinfection system increases significantly, while the installation of such irradiators is possible only when installing the duct, and replacement with more powerful ones requires the dismantling of existing systems.
The technical problem solved by the utility model is the elimination of the disadvantages of analogues, the expansion of the operational properties of the disinfection of internal surfaces - the walls of the duct of the ventilation and air conditioning systems by creating an autonomous installation with the possibility of multiple use in the ducts of different buildings and structures (eliminates the need for pre-installation of stationary UV irradiators in the duct) while simplifying the design of the installation due to elimination of components that provide storage of disinfectant solutions, their feeding and splashing.
Ultraviolet radiation, as you know, has a wide range of effects on microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, spores and fungi, associated with irreversible damage to the DNA of microorganisms and leading to their death. It is known that at moderate levels of UV radiation density, the absorption of UV radiation by the external membranes of the protein cells of microorganisms leads to the destruction of these membranes and then to the death of the cell resulting from protoplasm leakage. The spectral composition of ultraviolet radiation, causing a bactericidal effect, lies in the wavelength range of 200 - 315 nm.
7GBK60BMH.The salient features of the claimed utility model are: replacing the wheeled platform with a flexible holder with means installed on the end of the flexible holder for disinfecting the inner surface of the duct of the ventilation or air conditioning system, namely, a source of bactericidal ultraviolet radiation in the form of an ultraviolet lamp (hereinafter referred to as a UV lamp), protected from mechanical stress by a wire frame. The source of bactericidal ultraviolet radiation (irradiator) - a UV lamp mounted on a flexible holder, has the ability to widely adjust the speed to provide the required disinfection mode, while the speed and mode of movement can be set by a drive controlled by the control panel, or the speed and mode of movement can be manually adjusted . As a rotation drive, in particular, an 7RDGE-10G electric motor with a 7GBK60BMH gearbox can be used.
The wire frame in which the UV lamp is enclosed is necessary to ensure the safety of the UV lamp during operation and during transportation, and the frame is made in a shape corresponding to the outer contour of the UV lamp, so that the installation is compact and that the frame does not touch during movement sharp corners and edges of the duct, and the UV lamp did not touch the walls of the duct. The flexible holder must be sufficiently rigid to hold the UV lamp in the vertical position of the flexible holder. In particular, the flexible holder may be a flexible tube made in the form of a spring (similar to a bowden cable sheath), or have a different design that has the required rigidity while maintaining flexibility.
The technical result obtained by using the claimed utility model is the effective disinfection of the internal surfaces of ventilation ducts located mainly vertically, while simplifying installation, in addition, the same essential features make it possible to use one installation for disinfection of many air ducts of air ventilation systems located in different buildings and differing in size. Ultraviolet energy illumination (irradiation), i.e. the radiation intensity (irradiation) in the ultraviolet region of the spectrum is the surface density of the energy flux incident on a unit of irradiated area (measured in W / m 2 , mW / cm 2 ). For ducts that differ in size, the proposed utility model allows you to set the movement mode through a flexible holder in such a way as to ensure effective disinfection by creating the required radiation intensity (irradiation) with a UV lamp, while the irradiator on a flexible holder can move as continuously, and in discrete mode, which is determined by the commands given from the control panel to the unit drive located outside the duct.
The design of the disinfection unit of the inner surface of the vertical ventilation shaft of the duct with ultraviolet radiation is simplified compared to the closest analogue by eliminating the elements associated with the use (supply) of disinfectant solutions. The efficiency of disinfection is achieved by replacing liquid disinfectants with a UV lamp in a wire frame, which allows high-efficiency destruction of microorganisms located on the walls of the duct, while it is essential to obtain the indicated result (at the same time, simplification and high efficiency of disinfection) at the end of the flexible lamp holder, the speed of which is set by the drive unit, controlled from the control panel.
Turning on and off the UV lamp is also done through the remote control. When using a UV lamp of high power, it is possible to disinfect the walls of the duct for relatively short periods of time. The claimed installation of disinfection of the inner surface of the duct is autonomous, not related to the design of the ventilation system, and therefore it, as a portable installation, can be used to disinfect the ducts of ventilation systems located in different places and having different shapes and some size differences.

The ultraviolet radiation disinfection unit of the vertical ventilation duct of the duct contains a
The operation of the disinfection unit of the inner surface of the vertical ventilation shaft of the duct with ultraviolet radiation is as follows.
UV power of a UV lamp in the range from 30 to 100 W (at a radiation wavelength of 253.7 nm), depending on the shape and size of the ducts, given that the diameters of circular ducts, as a rule, lie in the range from 100 mm to 2500 mm and the wall size of rectangular ducts is from 100 mm to 2000 mm. As a source of UV radiation, a compact amalgam bactericidal lamp of low pressure is used, with a bend radius of the bulb of 100 mm or direct. Moreover, the diameter of the flask can be, as a rule, either 19 mm or 28 mm. The bulb of the lamp can have either one or several bends. The lamp is ignited from the electronic control unit with a preliminary electrode pad to reduce the negative impact on the lamp life of frequent on and off. Due to the lack of effective cooling, a refractory amalgam is used in the lamp, which allows maintaining the partial pressure of mercury vapor inside the lamp bulb at an optimal level.
To disinfect the duct, the operator determines the size of the vertical section of the duct, the type of microorganism. Based on the data obtained, the operator selects the type and power of the UV lamp (depending on the cross-section, a lamp is selected either with a flat power in the UV from 30 to 50 W or a volumetric power in the UV up to 100 W). Further, based on the power of the UV lamp, the processing mode is selected. The use of a flexible holder with a UV lamp with a UV power of 30 to 100 W is possible with a transverse duct size of 100 to 2500 mm. After selecting the necessary parameters, the disinfection unit through the inspection hatch is placed in the duct and the decontamination mode is set on the control panel: either it is at rest (speed is zero), or movement at a constant speed of up to 1.5 m / s, or discrete movements of 20 cm with a stop for a time from 5 to 360 seconds. At the same time, a dose of 66 to 3300 J / m 2 will be provided on the surface of the duct, depending on the type of microorganism through which it is necessary to disinfect the ventilation duct.
The inner surface of the duct is preliminarily mechanically cleaned of contaminants, after which the irradiator -
Проводная связь 5, как отмечено выше, используется для подачи питания на УФ лампу 2 (облучатель).The mode of movement (continuous or discrete), as well as the speed of the irradiator -
Effective disinfection of the inner surfaces of the ventilation ducts while simplifying installation is ensured by the use of an ultraviolet radiation source protected by a wire frame and a fixed end of a flexible holder controlled by a control panel.
