Abstract

The claimed utility model relates to coffee machines, in particular, to the structure of a steam tube for a coffee machine. The claimed collapsible steam tube for a coffee machine is S-shaped, one end of which is connected to the coffee machine body, and a removable steam sleeve is attached to the second end by means of a sealing element. The second end of the steam tube contains a removable nozzle. A removable steam sleeve is attached to the sealing element located in the middle of the S-shaped steam tube, which completely closes the removable nozzle during installation. The technical result is to simplify and improve the quality of cleaning and / or disinfection of a collapsible steam pipe by quickly removing / attaching the steam elements tubes, including without disconnecting it from the coffee machine.

The present: utility model relates to coffee machines, in particular, to the structure of a steam tube for a coffee machine.

It is known that all coffee machines and especially professional coffee machines used in bars are equipped with at least one steam pipe. The main use of the steam tube of any coffee machine is the preparation of, for example, cappuccino, latte and the like, when it is necessary to release milk to obtain a “fluffy” foam. However, it should be noted that, despite their huge popularity, traditional steam tubes are not quite satisfactory in terms of functionality, simplicity and ease of cleaning, given the fact that with repeated use of the steam tube, it will ultimately become contaminated with the remains of heated milk that are susceptible to bacterial contamination. Therefore, it is well known that in the ideal case, after each use, the steam tube should be washed and cleaned.

Coffee machines are known from the prior art (DE 202010010509 U1, 10/05/2011; EP 1656863 B1, 12/27/1985; EP 2363051 A1, 09/07/2011), which provide for washing after each dispensing of milk and at least once a day cleaning and / or disinfection using, for example, a microbial killing detergent. Such cleaning processes are relatively complex. During this cleaning / disinfection process, the user is forced to carry out procedures on the coffee machine several times.

A disadvantage of such known automated cleaning and / or disinfection processes is the inability to completely clean the steam tube. In addition, a closed loop, i.e. the same cleaning agent, already contaminated with milk residues after the first cleaning process, is repeatedly passed through the steam pipe during subsequent cleaning processes and, thus, becomes more and more dirty over time (with an increase in the number of sequential cleaning processes).

One solution to the above drawback is the different types of collapsible steam tubes with a steam sleeve (nozzle) for coffee machines.

The prior art known collapsible steam pipe for a coffee machine (RU 2389425 C2, 05/20/2010, Fig. 1-2), one end of which is connected to the casing of the coffee machine, and

the second end of the steam tube through a sealing connection is connected to the steam sleeve (nozzle).

Also known from the prior art a collapsible steam tube for a coffee machine (US 6810795 B1, 11/02/2004, Figs. 1, 3;), made in the form of an S-shape, one end of which is connected to the casing of the coffee machine through a sealing element.

The closest analogue of the claimed utility model is a collapsible steam pipe for a coffee machine (CN 101703367 A, 05/12/2010 or “Cappuccino machine assembly for coffee machines and DeLonghi DL731321931 coffee machines” http://ridzip.ru/shop.php/16/0/ 0/7913? N_str = 0 & k_str = 8), made in an S-shape, one end of which is connected to the body of the coffee machine, and a removable steam sleeve is attached to the second end by means of a sealing element.

The disadvantages of such well-known collapsible steam pipes for coffee machines is a complex and not high-quality (not complete) process for cleaning and / or disinfecting a steam pipe.

The technical result is the simplification and improvement of the quality of cleaning and / or disinfection of a collapsible steam pipe due to the quick removal / attachment of the steam pipe elements, including without disconnecting it from the coffee machine.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the claimed collapsible steam pipe for the coffee machine is made S-shaped, one end of which is connected to the coffee machine body, and a removable steam sleeve is attached to the second end by means of a sealing element, while the second end of the steam pipe contains a removable nozzle, and a removable steam sleeve is attached to the sealing element located in the middle of the S-shaped steam tube, which, when installed, completely covers the removable nozzle.

In a preferred embodiment, the claimed collapsible steam pipe for a coffee machine is made of stainless steel, for example SUS 304.

The above set of features in comparison with the prior art allows us to conclude that the claimed technical solution meets the condition of "novelty." At the same time, the claimed technical solution is widely used in such areas as personal and household items, therefore, it meets the condition of "industrial applicability".

The claimed technical solution is illustrated by figure 1 (General view) and FIG. 2, which shows a collapsible steam pipe for a coffee machine, where:

1 - steam pipe;

2 - removable steam sleeve (nozzle);

3 - removable nozzle of a steam tube;

4 - sealing element.

As shown in FIG. 2, the collapsible steam pipe (1) for the coffee machine is a continuous curved S-shaped pipe having a first end and a second end. The first end of the steam tube (1) is connected to the body of the coffee machine (not shown), and the second end of the steam tube (1) is connected to a removable nozzle (3). The removable nozzle (3) is designed to discharge milk foam and, accordingly, is the most contaminated part of the steam tube (1). Also, to the second end of the steam tube (1), by means of a sealing element (4), a removable steam sleeve (2) is attached. A sealing element (4) to which a removable steam sleeve (2) is attached is located in the middle of the S-shaped steam tube (1). Moreover, the removable steam sleeve (2) is attached to the sealing element in such a way that during installation it completely closes the removable nozzle (3) to prevent milk foam from spraying from the nozzle (3).

The collapsible steam pipe (1) for the coffee machine is made of stainless steel, for example SUS 304.

For quick cleaning and / or disinfection of the steam pipe (1), it is enough to detach the steam sleeve (2) from the sealing element (4), disconnect the nozzle (3) from the second end of the steam pipe (1), and remove the sealing element (1) from the steam pipe (1) four). Then rinse these parts under running water, dry and reassemble in the reverse order.

For deeper and better cleaning and / or disinfection of the steam pipe (1), it is necessary to disconnect the first end of the steam pipe (1) from the coffee machine body, disconnect the nozzle (3) from the second end of the steam pipe (1) and remove the seal from the steam pipe (1) element (4). Then clean all parts with a cleaning agent, rinse under running water, dry and reassemble in the reverse order.

Thanks to the use of the above simple collapsible design of the steam pipe for the coffee machine, namely, due to the possibility of quick removal / fastening of the steam hose (2), the sealing element (4) and the removable nozzle (3) from the steam pipe, including without disconnecting it from a coffee machine, greatly simplifies and improves the quality of cleaning and / or disinfection of a collapsible steam tube for a coffee machine.
