The invention relates to the treatment of industrial wastewater from heavy metal ions, including the treatment of galvanic effluents.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of purification and increase the productivity of the process.
The drawing shows a plant for the treatment of wastewater from heavy metal ions.
Между реакторами 1,2 установлен с возможностью периодического встр хивани сетчатый фильтр 4, загруженный силикатной глыбой (размер гранул 15-20 мм).The apparatus for treating wastewater from heavy metal ions includes series-connected reactors 1, 2 with a volume of 1.5 m3 each and a two-section sump 3 with a total volume of 3 m3. A mesh filter 4, loaded with silicate block (granule size 15-20 mm), is mounted between the reactors 1,2 with the possibility of periodic shaking.
Reactor 1 is loaded with iron powder placed in metal baskets (10 baskets of 15 - 20 kg of powder in each), reactor 2 with aluminum shavings. Above reactor 1, a metering tank 5 with a volume of 5-10 l for dosing sulfuric acid is installed; above reactor 2, a metering tank 6 of the same volume for dosing a caustic solution is installed.
The unit is equipped with a pump with a capacity of 3.6 m / h (for example, type VK.S-1/16). Reactors 1, 2 are constantly bubbling with compressed air. The feed rate of the treated wastewater is controlled by a valve, so that the flow rate of water from the reactor 2 to the sump 3 is not more than 1 m / s.
Л р и м е р 1. LI me R 1. Wastewater containing ions of chromium (VI), chromium (III), nickel, copper, zinc, cadmium, pump 7 is fed at a speed of 0.5 l / s in the reactor 1, which maintain the pH 4 - 5 sulfuric acid from dispenser 5; passage through a layer of iron powder, metal ions are reduced, while simultaneously with the reduction, the formation of metal hydroxides occurs, having a developed surface on which metal ions are adsorbed.
The presence of chromates in the purified solution inhibits the oxidation of iron posA)
Затем вода проходит через фильтр 4, заполненный дробленной силикатной глыбой , при этом процесс очистки продолжаетс за счет того, что ионы двухвалентного железа, соприкаса сь с поверхностью силикатной глыбы,образуют гидроокись железа, на поверхность которой адсорбируютс ионы металлов, оставшиес в растворе, при этом поверхность силикатной глыбы обновл ли за счет посто нного протока очищаемого раствора и встр хивание фильтра.grove; when bubbling, its surface is cleaned of iron oxides and contributes to a constant reducing activity with respect to ions of other metals; the resulting chromium oxides are also removed from the surface of the powder by bubbling. Then, water passes through a filter 4 filled with crushed silicate block, while the cleaning process continues due to the fact that the ferrous ions in contact with the surface of the silicate block form iron hydroxide, on which surface metal ions adsorbed in the solution are adsorbed, while the surface of the silicate block was renewed by the constant flow of the solution to be cleaned and the filter shaken.
Next, the water enters the reactor 2 with aluminum chips; in reactor 2, a pH value of 9-10 is maintained (caustic solution from dispenser 6). Under these conditions, chromium ion residues are reduced; reduced chromium, in turn, is a reducing agent with respect to other noble metals. A similar situation with the reduction of zinc ions: reduced zinc is a reducing agent in relation to other metals. Thus, iron powder and aluminum shavings play the role of catalysts at the stated pH ranges.
После заполнени первой секции отстойника 3 идет заполнение следующей , а в первую секцию при перемешивании обрабатываемой воды сжатым воздухом (рН раствора довод т до значени 6,5) производ т последовательную загрузку (с интервалом 5-6 мин) хлорной извести (1,5 г на 1 л обрабатываемой воды), хлорида кальци (4 г на 1 л обрабатываемой воды), сульфата алюмини (1,5 г на 1 л обрабатываемой воды), глинозема (7 г на 1 л обрабатываемой воды).In the next stage, in a two-section settling tank 3, precipitation by a coagulating mixture of cuprates, nickels, zincates and other acidic forms of heavy metals, which are formed in an alkaline medium and are not removed by previous operations, takes place. After filling the first section of sump 3, the next one is filling, and in the first section, with the treated water being mixed with compressed air (the pH of the solution is adjusted to a value of 6.5), sequential loading (with an interval of 5-6 minutes) of bleach (1.5 g per 1 liter of treated water), calcium chloride (4 g per 1 liter of treated water), aluminum sulfate (1.5 g per 1 liter of treated water), alumina (7 g per 1 liter of treated water).
Precipitation occurs after 25-30 minutes, after which the purified water is drained.
When new portions of purified water are supplied, it is only necessary to maintain the pH value in reactors 1, 2 and settling tank 3 at predetermined intervals, while the coagulation process continues until all ions of the calcium coagulating mixture are bound.

The analysis of the most important criteria for the effectiveness of wastewater treatment methods of the degree of purification shows that even the very high degree of purification achieved by the known method allows, on the basis of MPC values, to send 5 purified water only for reuse, and the degree of purification generally comes out outside the MPC, which is completely unacceptable in the industrial implementation of the method. At the same time, the obtained values of the degree of purification were achieved when the treated water was heated to 40 - 80 ° С, which sharply reduces the process efficiency.
