Description
The invention relates to the production of building materials and can be used in the woodworking and pulp and paper industry in the manufacture of structural boards from waste paper.
In order to achieve a technical result in the known method for manufacturing fiber boards by preparing the pulp by wet dissolution, forming a carpet therefrom, compacting the mass and hot pressing the board at a predetermined temperature and pressure, according to the invention, after hot pressing the boards further relieve pressure not more than 1 MPa, and pressing is carried out at a specific pressure of 1.2-2.0 MPa, while in both cases the temperature is maintained in the range of 150-200 ° C and wet dissolution is carried out When the temperature not above 30 ° C. In the proposed method, the homogeneity of waste fiber in the slab composition, delignified cellulose, makes it possible to produce fibrous slabs with a high-quality structure and sufficient strength under static bending, as well as improved ductility, under soft pressing conditions.
The proposed method for manufacturing a fiberboard is as follows.
Example 1. Water is poured into a pulper, without preheating it, at a temperature not exceeding 30 ° C, then waste paper is added and mixed at a pulp concentration of up to 3%. The dissolved pulp mass is diluted and fed to a casting machine in which it is dehydrated by vacuum. The resulting fibrous carpet is squeezed in a cold press at a specific pressure of not more than 1.0 MPa to a moisture content of 70%. Then the fibrous carpet is placed in a hot press, where the fibrous plate is made of waste paper in two stages at a temperature of 150 ° C, on the first of which at a specific pressure of 1.2 MPa for 20 s, on the second pressure is additionally relieved to not more than 1 MPa for 14 minutes After pressing, the plates are stacked and held for 24 hours to

В таблице приведены физико-механические показатели волокнистых плит из макулатуры , определ емые по известной методике .The table shows the physicomechanical parameters of fiber boards from waste paper, determined by a known method.
Wet dissolution in the above examples is carried out at a temperature not higher than
30°С. 30 ° C. As the temperature rises, the swelling of the fibers decreases, and the viscosity of the water decreases, which contributes to an increase in energy consumption directed to the dissolution of re-forming aggregate particles.

позвол ет осуществить максимально свободный выход испар емой влаги из макулатурного ковра. reducing shear stresses in the layers of waste paper. After hot pressing, the plates additionally depressurize to not more than 1 MPa, while the temperature is maintained similar to hot pressing in the range of 150-200 ° C, as a result of which there is a force that when pressing the carpet at the time of pressing and the degree of compression of the carpet. Allows for the maximum free exit of evaporated moisture from the waste carpet.
In Examples 1-5, fiber boards were manufactured in the range of allowable press modes.
When the hot pressing temperature decreases (see examples b, the strength and impact strength of the fiber board decrease, since at the time of pressing the latter, the indicated temperature does not provide bonds between the cellulose fibers (insufficient polymerization). pressing (see examples 8 and 9) level of physical and mechanical properties

примеры 10 и 11) изготовленныеfalls due to carbonization of waste fibers and disruption of bonds between them. With a decrease in specific pressure during hot pressing of less than 1.2 MPa (see examples 10 and 11),
волокнистые плиты не имеют твердой структуры , а при повышении удельного давлени выше 2,0 МПа плиту получают с высокими показател ми прочности при изгибе, но с низкими показател ми ударной в зкости.fibrous boards have no solid structure, and when the specific pressure is increased above 2.0 MPa, the board is obtained with high bending strengths but low impact toughnesses.
