The container for eating for children contains directly a container with a transparent bottom and a stand. The container has a variable wall height and a protective skirt along the lower perimeter, and the stand has a lodgement for placing the multimedia device parallel to the bottom of the container, while the container is mounted on the stand so that the bottom of the container is in an inclined position.

The technical result of the proposed utility model is to increase convenience, as well as to use design features that contribute to increasing the stimulation of the child’s appetite and motivation to eat.

Description

The utility model relates to cutlery, namely to containers for food, such as plates, bowls, salad bowls, mugs, etc. mainly for children, to stimulate the child’s appetite and motivation to eat.

The prior art there is a container for eating for children (according to the patent US 7610703, IPC G09F11 / 02, published 03.11.09), containing a bottom with a transparent window and a lower part (stand), between which is a removable flat image carrier, while the tank is made with the possibility of fastening to the bottom (stand) with pins.

The disadvantages of this device is the time-consuming assembly process. Also, this device does not have reliability during operation, since the device does not have protective devices against food ingress on the surface of images (pictures) that go beyond the window. In addition, the child’s motivation for eating is limited by the static image, the lack of sound and the ability to detect images only when the bottom of the container is completely released.

Also, a container for eating food for children is known (according to the patent RU 106231, IPC G65D 85/00, published July 10, 2011), comprising a bottom with a transparent window and a lower part (stand), between which there is a removable flat image carrier, while the tank is made with the possibility of fastening to the lower part (stand), in addition, the transparent window is the bottom of the tank, made on the outside with a cylindrical protrusion with internal or external thread on it, and the lower part (stand) is a cylindrical body with a mating thread, respectively exactly on the outer or inner cylindrical surface of the housing, made with the possibility of fastening with an open end to the bottom of the tank by threading the protrusion and the thread of the cylindrical surface of the housing, the housing comprising a multimedia module including a battery (battery, battery) electrically connected to a power switch, a photocell (photodiode, phototransistor, photo resistance) connected to an electronic unit, the signal from which is fed to a sound emitter (loudspeaker, speaker, piezo emitter etc.) integrated into the module, a control button electrically connected to the electronic unit and integrated into the module, the electronic unit being connected to a power switch, a removable flat image carrier located above the multimedia module and made with a small transparent portion relative to the image area, located above the photocell, and the controls of the power switch and control button are located outside the cylindrical body.

 The disadvantage of this capacity is a complex design, the consequence of which is an increase in time and complexity during assembly, as well as the relative cost of the product. The device does not provide protection against easy access to control of the image carrier by the child, as well as from food spills on the controls. In addition, the child’s motivation to eat is limited by the ability to detect images only when the bottom of the container is completely released.

As the closest analogue, the applicant chose a device for positioning a display device, for example, a smartphone, on a children's plate (according to patent DE102012105635, IPC A47G 19/08, publ. 05.22.14) containing, according to an embodiment, a first support for a children's plate and a second support for a display device, such as a smartphone. The supports are attached to each other and provide positioning of the smartphone relative to the plate. Between the supports there is a gasket that protects the smartphone from food and liquid.

The disadvantage of this device is that the child’s motivation to eat is limited by the ability to detect images only when the bottom of the container is completely released.

The technical result of the proposed utility model is to increase convenience, as well as to use design features that contribute to increasing the stimulation of the child’s appetite and motivation to eat.

The specified technical result is achieved in that the container for eating for children directly contains a container with a transparent bottom and a stand and differs in that the container has a variable wall height and a protective skirt along the lower perimeter, and the stand has a lodgement for placing a multimedia device parallel to the bottom of the container, wherein the container is mounted on the stand so that the bottom of the container is in an inclined position.

In the particular case of the product, the safety of its use is increased by placing an anti-friction insert in the base of the stand.

In the particular case of the product, the size and shape of the cradle of the stand, as well as the perimeter of the bottom of the tank, can reliably place a multimedia device such as a smartphone under one of the most common form factors.

In the particular case of the product, the elements that allow to reliably and simply fix the container on the base with a multimedia device are made in the form of two paired ratchet-type segments in the perimeter of the tank skirt and in the reciprocal places of the stand.

In the particular case of the product, the transparent window has a convex shape.

The drawings explaining the useful model do not cover, and even more so, do not limit the entire scope of the claims of this technical solution, but are only illustrative materials of a particular case of its implementation.

The food container for children consists of the following main components: container 1 and stand 2.

The procedure for using the container for eating for children is as follows.

The stand is placed on a flat horizontal surface, a suitable sized multimedia device with the included content is placed in the lodgement, a food container is placed on top of the support with a multimedia device and latches until the bottom of the container contacts the top panel of the multimedia device. Liquid food is recommended to be poured into the container after the assembly clicks into place.

As the volume of the contents of the container decreases, the child gets the opportunity to observe an increasingly large area of the image, gradually being carried away by viewing the content and absorbing food. Sound accompaniment is perceived unhindered.

In addition, the shape of the container helps the child to maintain proper posture when eating because of the multimedia device optimized for viewing the screen angle.

The product is protected from accidental movement by the anti-friction insert at the base of the stand.

The container skirt protects the contents of the plate from accidentally falling onto the multimedia device.

After eating, the product is disassembled in the reverse order to wash the container and stand if necessary.

Directly, a container without a stand and a multimedia device can be used for eating without a concomitant effect, and it should be placed facing the child with the side with a lower wall height.
