Изобретение относитс к ручным инструментам дл работы с резьбовыми элементами . Целью изобретени вл етс повышение надежности. В корпус 4 устанавливаетс гайка 5 и навертываетс на шпильку 1. Устанавливают шток 7, базиру его выступ 10 в выемке 2. Навинчивают фиксирующую гайку 8, надежно фиксиру шток 7 на шпильке 1.
