Description
1FIG. 1
Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл гранулировани материалов и может быть использовано в химической, пищевой, фармацевтической и других отрасл х промышленности .The invention relates to devices for granulating materials and can be used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the granulator.
This goal is achieved in that in the known design of a disk-shaped granulator of a torus containing an inclined plate with a bead and a bottom, provided with a rotational drive, upper and lower knives installed in the plate at an acute angle to its vertical diametrical plane, while the knives are made with straight sections and the upper part of the upper knife and the lower part of the lower knife are made curved in the direction of movement of the granules, the bottom of the granulator is equipped with concentric corrugations, their height (1-10) m, and the distance between them It is within the range of (10-100) -10 m. In this case, the corrugations are made in the form of removable elements, and the lower edge of the knife has a profile corresponding to the maximum corrugations,
The installation of the corrugations on the bottom of the plate causes the product, tearing off at the top of the plate, to roll in concentric circles against the direction of rotation of the plate.
This allows the granules to move more than the prototype in a single cycle of lifting-rolling the granules, which leads to an increase in the productivity of the apparatus.
In addition, the organization of the rolling process of granules in concentric circles reduces the load on: granules when they hit the side of the plate, which reduces their destruction and, as a result, increases the productivity of the granulator.
...When the corrugation height is less than m, their size becomes comparable with the diameter of the granules, which are torn off in the upper part of the plate, roll along the chord of a circle, which reduces their movement when rolling and the proportion of powder material adhering to the granules, their destruction upon impact on the side of the plate and, as a consequence of this reduces performance. ...
When the corrugation height is more than m, the process of circulation of the material in the plate is disrupted due to the disintegration of the granulated material into flows with different linear speeds along the corrugations, the rolling conditions of the granules are worsened, and, as a result, the productivity of the granulator decreases.
When the distance between the corrugations is less than m, due to the intense interaction of the granules with each other and the edges of the corrugations, the hydrodynamic conditions of rolling the material along the bottom of the plate deteriorate, which reduces the performance of the plate
гранул тора.granules of a torus.
With a distance between the corrugations of more than 0.1 m, the velocity of part of the granules increases so much that it leads to their rolling through the corrugations. This greatly reduces
производительность тарельчатого гранул тора .performance of disk-shaped pellets of a torus.
1.In FIG. 1 shows a diagram of the proposed plate-shaped granules of a torus; FIG. 2 is a view along arrow A in FIG. 1.
Тарельчатый гранул тор содержит наклонную тарель 1, днище 2, которое имеет съемные гофры 3, расположенные концентрическими окружност ми высотой (1-10), рассто ние между которыми i .The plate granulator contains an inclined plate 1, a bottom 2, which has removable corrugations 3 arranged in concentric circles of height (1-10), the distance between which i.
6.(10-100) -1 ohm. The bottom and sides of the plate are cleaned using the upper 4 and lower 5 knives located on the holder 6.
The granulator operates as follows. The granulator plate 1 is rotated, for example, counterclockwise by means of a drive. On the plate 1, the starting components are supplied. When rotating the plate 1 material, lifting
1.the sides of the plate 1 are torn off in its upper part and rolled down in a concentric path. Accumulated material is removed from the bottom and side of the plate with knives 4 and 5. The granulate is discharged through the side of the plate 1.
