The installation for washing the returnable container contains a housing 1, separated by an insulating partition 18 on a container 19, 20 for storing and using catholyte and anolyte, respectively, a chain conveyor 2 with transverse rods 3 for feeding containers to technological zones, manifolds with nozzles for feeding catholyte 4 and anolyte 5 and tap water 6 connected through a three-way valve 28 to suction pumps 7, 8, respectively, a waste collection box 9, quick-release guards 10 for cleaning nozzles, an exhaust hood 11 to remove vapor from washing zones, mesh filters 12, .13 for rough cleaning of the washing liquid, intermediate tank 14, also divided by an insulating partition 18 into two parts and serving for the intermediate content of activated water (catholyte and anolyte} purified by mesh filters 12.13, activator 15, bubblers 16, 17 for feeding sharp rtapa. At the rear of the unit is a chain conveyor drive, consisting of an engine 21, a gearbox 22, a V-belt 23 and a chain 24 gears ..
7, 8.The activator 15 is a container 25 with an open upper part made of a dielectric material with two graphite electrodes 27 placed therein, the space between which is divided into two near-electrode zones of a liquid-tight diaphragm 26, which is used as an ion-exchange membrane. Each near-electrode zone is connected to the suction pipe of the corresponding pump 7, 8.
The activator 15 is installed below the liquid level in the installation and is mounted so that the catholyte and anolyte pass downward through the slots formed by the electrodes 27 and the diaphragm 26 each on their own side and do not mix with each other.
III.The catholyte and anolyte that has undergone treatment from the lower part of the activator housing 25 are sucked off by pumps 7, 8 and sent to the washing zones I and III.
The lower position of the activator provides a constant free flooding of its working area and reduces the harmful effect of pressure drops when the pumps are switched on to the diaphragm.

A 24 V DC source is used to power the activator.
16, 17.Water heating in tanks 19.20 is carried out using hot steam through bubblers 16, 17.
Installation works as follows.
The containers 19, 20 are filled from the water supply network with water, the steam supply is opened to the bubblers 16, 17, the pumps 7, 8 are turned on, the electrodes 27 of the activator 15 are supplied with power. Three-way valves 28 should be set to the short cycle position, i.e. . the catholyte and anolyte fall into the corresponding containers 19, 20, bypassing the manifolds with nozzles in order to avoid excessive heat loss from spraying when preparing the unit for operation. Instead of 0 three-way valves 28, you can use automatic (remote) switching valves.
When the set temperature in the tanks x 19.20 is reached, the steam supply stops for 5 s. Simultaneously with the heating of the water, the process of its activation in the activator 15 occurs. Water from the tanks 19, 20 through the filters 12, 13 enters the intermediate tank
14. From the intermediate tank 14, the catholyte and anolyte arrive at the activator 15 and, through the gaps between the electrodes 27 and the diaphragm 26, the stack enters the cavities located on the lower part of the activator housing 25
19, 20.15. From where, pumps 7, 8 are fed back to containers 19, 20.
When an electric current flows from one electrode to another through water layers enclosed between the cathode and the diaphragm, the diaphragm and the anode, an activation process occurs, i.e. the part of the water that is in the anode zone acquires the properties of alkali (catholyte), and the part of the water that is in the anode zone acquires the properties of acid and the bactericidal properties of 1 anolyte). With repeated water circulation through the activator, these properties increase and reach pH catholyte pH of 11 units, anolyte - 2 units. Upon reaching the desired level of activation of catholyte and anolyte, the activator switches to the mode of maintaining a constant level of activation.
Next, switching the three-way valves 28 to the supply of activated water to collectors with nozzles 4.5 start washing containers. Boxes turned upside down are mounted on the rods of conveyor 2 and washed first with catholyte and after it drains from the container surface with anolyte. For ZeM, the processed container enters the zone
