The invention relates to medicine, namely to antibiotic therapy, and can be used to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of infectious diseases. The aim of the invention is to reduce the allergenic and dysbiotic effect. The goal is achieved by using antihistamines as activator. The method allows to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of infectious and allergic diseases, reduce treatment time, and reduce the therapeutic concentration of antibiotics.
Description
медицине, а именно к повышению эффективности лечени гнойно-воспалительных, инфекционных и инфекционно-аллергических заболеваний .The invention relates to medicine, namely to increasing the effectiveness of the treatment of purulent-inflammatory, infectious and infectious-allergic diseases.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение специфической активности антибиотиков при одновременном снижении их аллергенного и дисбиотического действи .The aim of the invention is to increase the specific activity of antibiotics while reducing their allergenic and dysbiotic effects.
The goal is achieved by adding a solution of antibiotic antihistamines.
(Staphylococcus -aureus. Escherichia coll.When studying the combinations of 8 antibiotics (methicillin, kanamycin, levomycetin, gentamicin, tetracycline, oleandomycin, streptomycin) with antihistamines (tavegil, pipolefen, suprastin, diphenhydramine, phencarol, dimebon), the synergistic effect was established, which showed a significant increase in the antibacterial effect of antibiotics in relation to a set of references and clinical strains (Staphylococcus aureus. Escherichia coll.
Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtlUs). 1). 1).Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtlUs). (Table 1). The activating effect of antihistamines was manifested both in therapeutic and in subactive doses and was characterized by an increase in the activity of antibiotics by an average of 1.5-1.8 times. For individual strains resistant to the studied antibiotic, the presence of an antihistamine in the culture medium ensures restoration of the sensitivity of the object within the limits corresponding to the activity of therapeutic doses of the antibiotic (Table 1).
Studies have shown that the combination of antibiotics with antihistamines helps to increase their antibacterial activity and level the dependence of the specific effect on the antibiotic resistance characteristics of the microbial culture.

активности антибиотиков (табл.2), что в сравнении с за вл емым объектом вл етс его существенным недостатком.antibiotic activity (Table 2), which in comparison with the claimed object is its significant drawback.
Исследование фунгицидной активности антигистэминных препаратов показало, что в определенных дозах они про вл ют фун- гистатическое и фунгицидное действие, что свидетельствует о возможности применени этих препаратов по новому назначению (табл.3).A study of the fungicidal activity of antihistamines showed that at certain doses they exhibit a fungicidal and fungicidal effect, which indicates the possibility of using these drugs for a new purpose (Table 3).
Example. Patient S., 42 years old. Diagnosis: exacerbation of chronic right-sided sinusitis. Sick for three years. Complaints of headache, fever, difficulty in nasal breathing. He was repeatedly treated in stationary conditions by the introduction of antibacterial drugs into the maxillary sinus. The patient categorically refuses from surgical intervention. With rhinoscopy, a purulent discharge in the middle nasal passage of the right half of the nose. X-ray - a decrease in the transparency of the maxillary sinus.
A puncture of the maxillary sinus was performed on an outpatient basis; the washing liquid contained a significant amount of purulent discharge. 150 mg of morphocycline solution with the addition of 1 ml of tavegil was introduced into the sinus cavity. After three punctures (interval between punctures 3 days), the patient's condition improved significantly, headache disappeared, nasal breathing was restored. Under control

При наблюдении за больным в течение 2-х лет рецидива заболевани не отмечено.maxillary sinus puncture two weeks after the end of treatment - the wash fluid is clean. When observing the patient for 2 years, a relapse of the disease was not noted.
The clinical prospect of the established synergistic effect of antibiotics and antihistamines is determined by the following principles:
возможностью использовани антибиотиков без учета уровн и спектра лекарственной устойчивости возбудител ;the possibility of using antibiotics without regard to the level and spectrum of drug resistance of the pathogen;
расширением спектра действи антибиотиков в отношении простых и сложных ассоциаций , определ ющих и от гощающих патогенез гнойно-воспалительных и инфек- ционно-аллергических заболеваний;broadening the spectrum of action of antibiotics against simple and complex associations that determine and suppress the pathogenesis of purulent-inflammatory and infectious-allergic diseases;
снижением риска возникновени микологических дисбиозов, завис щих от проведенной антибактериальной терапии;reducing the risk of mycological dysbiosis depending on the antibiotic therapy performed;
параллельным антимикробным и десенсибилизирующим эффектом, предупреждающим токсико-аллергенное действие используемых при лечении антибиотиков.a parallel antimicrobial and desensitizing effect, preventing the toxic-allergenic effect of antibiotics used in the treatment.
