Abstract
The method for assessing the psychophysiological state of a person consists in determining changes in physiological parameters over time and characterized in that, in order to increase the accuracy of the method, indicators characterizing the process of regulation of physiological functions are determined, values of numerical characteristics of variability of these indicators are calculated, and assess the state by the proximity of the sets of values of these characteristics to the standards, and the standards are formed by fixing indicators characterizing the physiological regulation process functions with the subsequent calculation of the characteristics of their variability for healthy and sick with a predetermined mental state.
Description
Изобретение относитс к медицине и может быть использовано дл определени функционального состо ни психической де тельности в корме и патологии, в частности , при массовых профилактических обследовани х .The invention relates to medicine and can be used to determine the functional state of mental activity in food and pathology, in particular during mass prophylactic examinations.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method. The method is based on using the experimentally discovered by the authors of the relationship between changes in the values of indicators characterizing the process of regulation of physiological functions at rest or during work, and the mental state of the subject.
The method consists in measuring values of parameters related to the process of regulating physiological functions (for example, temperature, heart rate indicators, blood pressure, various ingredients of urine and croai, etc.). From the obtained values, the characteristics of the variability of the measured values are calculated over the period of time during which the measurements were made. As such characteristics, the rms value, coefficient of variation, asymmetry, amplitude, spectral characteristics, etc. can be used. Further, the obtained values of the characteristics of the variability are compared with their reference values. The same characteristics of variability obtained for subjects with pre-established mental states are used as standards. In the proximity to a particular standard, the absence or presence and severity of a mental disorder is established. In this case, the comparison of characteristics can be carried out both directly and by forming from them some generalized function and comparing its values with the reference.

The calculated values are compared with similar (reference) values obtained for persons with a previously independently established mental state. By comparing the measured characteristics with the reference ones, a diagnosis is made and the severity of the mental disorder is determined.
Example 2: During the week, four times a day, body temperature, blood pressure and pulse are measured. For all these indicators, the average value of diurnal temperature fluctuations (Hi), the average systolic blood pressure (Pg), the average diastolic pressure (Pz), and the average heart rate (fta) are calculated. Four deviations from the mean are calculated for each of these values, corresponding to four measurements taken during the day: for temperature, Pe-Pyu for diastolic pressure, GMs-Pyu for systolic pressure, PiNPao for heart rate. For the obtained characteristics form a generalized function Av
