Description
The invention relates to devices for dissolving atmospheric oxygen in water.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of a two-rotor aerator.
The drawing shows a diagram of the described two-rotor aerator.
5.The two-rotor aerator contains two coaxial hollow shafts - the outer hollow shaft 1 and the inner hollow shaft 2 with a cavity of the 3rd annular cavity 4 between them, the lower ends of which are connected to the rotors 5 of the opposite rotation (conventionally shown as a rectangle), and the upper end of the inner the hollow shaft 2 is connected to the shaft 6 of the motor 7. The hollow shafts 1 and 2 have holes 8 and 9, respectively, for supplying atmospheric air into the cavities 4 and 3. The electric motor 7 has a supporting flange 10. The two-rotor aerator also includes a housing 11 in which an outer hollow shaft 1 is mounted on the bearings 12, the upper end of which has a supporting flange 13, rigidly fastened to the supporting flange 10 of the electric motor 7. To supply electricity from the mains cable 14 to the electric motor 7 on the external hollow shaft 1 is equipped with slip rings 15 connected to the windings of the electric motor 7, and on the bracket 16 mounted on the housing 11, the current collector brushes 17 are connected with the wires of the electric okabel 14. The housing 11 is mounted on the base plate 18. The arrows show the direction of air movement to the rotor 5.
A two-rotor aerator operates as follows.
When the power is turned on, the supply voltage is supplied to the electric motor 7 via the electric cable 14 through the current collection brushes 17 and the current collection rings 15. The shaft 6 of the electric motor 7, the hollow shaft 2 and the first of the two rotors 5 connected thereto rotate in one direction, and the motor housing 7, flange 10, flange 13, outer hollow shaft 1 and a second associated with it

Надежность работы наружного полого вала 1 обеспечивает высокую надежность работы двухроторного аэратора.of two rotors 5 - in the opposite direction. Air from the atmosphere passes through hole 8 and enters cavity 4 between the shafts, from where part of the air enters rotor 5 connected to hollow shaft 1, and part of air passes through openings 9 and cavity 3 to rotor 5 connected to hollow shaft 2. The reliability of the external hollow shaft 1 provides high reliability of the two-rotor aerator.
