Abstract

Полезная модель относится к средствам для указания цен на автозаправочных станциях и предназначена для привлечения внимания потенциальных покупателей автомобильного топлива. Задачей, заявляемой полезной модели, является создание надежной и долговечной конструкции устройства для указания цен на автозаправочной станции с расширением функциональных возможностей. Устройство для указания цен на автозаправочной станции, выполненное в виде короба, передняя стенка короба выполнена съемной из прозрачного материала с высоким коэффициентом пропускания света, внутри короба размещен источник света, выполненный в виде светодиодов, цепи питания источника света соединены с источником питания. Устройство имеет каркас, выполненный из стального профиля, на котором установлен короб, состоящий из передней и задней стенок, и цифровые индикаторы, размещенные в средней части короба, передняя и задняя стенки короба выполнены по отношению друг к другу зеркальными, с одной из сторон боковой части короба установлен декоративный световой элемент плавно переходящий по диагонали выше цифровых индикаторов, по всей ширине короба, и выходящий на край противоположной стороны короба, при этом декоративные световые элементы установлены в углублении, имеющем наклон от центра короба наружу, и цветом отличным от основного, в верхней части короба предусмотрено место для размещения товарного знака фирмы производящей услугу, имеющее подсветку разных цветов. Устройство для указания цен 1 на автозаправочной станции содержит устройство для размещения информационного сообщения 2, выполненное в виде короба 3 (фиг. 1). Передняя стенка короба 3 выполнена съемной из прозрачного материала с высоким коэффициентом пропускания света. Внутри короба 3 размещен источник света, выполненный в виде светодиодов 4. Устройство имеет каркас 5, выполненный из стального профиля, на котором установлен короб 3, состоящий из передней и задней стенок и цифровых индикаторов 6, размещенные в средней части короба 3, передняя и задняя стенки короба 3 выполнены по отношению друг к другу зеркальными, с одной из сторон боковой части короба установлен декоративный световой элемент 7 плавно переходящий по диагонали выше цифровых индикаторов 6 по всей ширине короба 3 и выходящий на край противоположной стороны короба 3. При этом декоративные световые элементы 7 установлены в углублении 8 (фиг. 2), имеющем наклон от центра короба 3 наружу и цветом отличным от основного. Устройство для указания цен на автозаправочной станции изготавливали следующим образом: Каркас 5 изготавливали из фасонных труб, листовых деталей и гнутых стальных профилей, соединяемых между собой контактной сваркой и болтовыми соединениями. Устройство включает в себя детали для присоединения к фундаменту на месте монтажа. Изготовление короба 3 включает в себя: раскрой и гибку алюминиевых листов с последующей сваркой и покраской, сборку рам из алюминиевых профилей и крепление к ним минерального стекла, формовку цветных пластиковых вставок и соединение их с передней стенкой. Источники света 4 изготавливали из металлических листовых деталей путем раскроя, гибки и клепки, при этом устанавливали пластиковые рассеиватели и части электрической схемы светодиодной подсветки. Цифровые индикаторы 6 монтировали на каркасе 5 и состоящие из корпусных деталей и элементов электрической схемы: светодиодных плат, источников питания, модулей управления. Декоративный световой элемент 7 (фиг. 2) изготавливали из гнутого алюминиевого профиля специальной формы с нанесенным разноцветным покрытием, и линейной подсветки, повторяющей контур профиля. Съемные информационные рекламные плакаты 11 изготавливали из оргстекла и алюминиевых заглушек. Рекламу наносили на специальной пленке-аппликации. Ценовую стелу транспортировали и монтировали в собранном виде. Digital indicators 6 were mounted on the frame 5 and consisting of body parts and circuit elements: LED boards, power supplies, control modules. The decorative light element 7 (Fig. 2) was made of a bent aluminum profile of a special form with a multi-colored coating applied, and linear illumination repeating the profile contour. Removable informational advertising posters 11 were made of plexiglass and aluminum caps. Advertising was applied on a special film-application. The price stela was transported and assembled assembled. For this, special transport supports were made, which were attached to the frame 5 (Fig. 1).
