Usage: the field of electric gas cleaning from fire and explosive dust, in particular brown coal dust of various stages of mining and processing of coal. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: an electrostatic precipitator comprises a housing with a system of precipitation and corona electrodes and a gas distribution system located beneath it in the form of two gratings perpendicular to the direction of the gas flow, located one above the other and turned relative to each other. Elements of the gratings are arranged in parallel. The step between the elements in each lattice increases from the center to the periphery with a progression coefficient of 1.2-1.5. The minimum pitch between the grating elements is 0.5-1 of the interelectrode distance of the electrostatic precipitator. 2 ill.
Description
Насто щее изобретение относитс к области электрической очистки газов от пыли, в частности к электрофильтрам дл очистки отход щих газов от взрывоопасной пыли на различных переделах добычи и переработки угл .The present invention relates to the field of electric cleaning of gases from dust, in particular to electrostatic precipitators for cleaning exhaust gases from explosive dust at various stages of coal mining and processing.
1.The purpose of the invention is to increase the cleaning efficiency and uptime of the electrostatic precipitator by ensuring uniform distribution of the gas flow over the cross section of the electrostatic precipitator. Figure 1 shows a simplified construction of a vertical electrostatic precipitator; figure 2 is a simplified image of the gas distribution grid, view along arrow A of figure 1.
The vertical electrostatic precipitator contains a housing 1. a system of precipitation electrodes 2 and corona electrodes 3, a gas distribution system consisting of two gas distribution grids 4, 5, located one above the other, rotated
В нижней части электрофильтра под газораспределительной системой 4 размещен пы- лесборник (на чертеже не показан).relative to each other and installed under the system of precipitation electrodes 2 and corona electrodes 3. Elements of gas distribution grids 4 and 5 are located in parallel with an uneven pitch L. Moreover, the step L between the elements in each lattice increases from the center to the periphery; the elements of the gas distribution grids 4 and 5 are made profiled in the form of a corner located at the apex in the direction of the gas flow. In the lower part of the electrostatic precipitator under the gas distribution system 4 there is a dust collector (not shown in the drawing).
The electrostatic precipitator works as follows.
A gas containing suspended dust particles is supplied to the electrostatic precipitator. It enters the lower part of the housing 1, enters the gas distribution grilles 4, 5. Subject to the ratios between the elements of the gas distribution

По мере накоплени на осадительных электродах 2 осажденные частицы удал ютс встр хиванием .brushes 4, 5 the gas flow is distributed uniformly over the entire cross section of the electrostatic precipitator. Pass gas distribution grids 4, 5, the gas flow enters the system of precipitation electrodes 2 and corona electrodes 3. Suspended particles in the spaces between corona electrodes 3, to which a high-voltage electric current is supplied from the power unit (not shown) , and the precipitation electrodes 2 acquire an electric charge. The charged particles, approaching the surface of the precipitation electrodes 2 under the action of electric field forces, are deposited on it. As they accumulate on the precipitation electrodes 2, the deposited particles are removed by shaking.
Separating from the precipitation electrodes 2 by shaking the particles, mine elements of the gas distribution grills 4, 5 are deposited in the dust collector.
