Description
Изобретение относитс к угольной про- мышленности и может быть использовано дл утилизации углесодержащей горной массы и последующего ее применени в качестве мелиоранта и удобрени .The invention relates to the coal industry and can be used for the disposal of coal-bearing rock mass and its subsequent use as an ameliorant and fertilizer.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reclamation properties of unoxidized carbon-containing rock mass and increase the fertility of the soil reclaimed by it.
The goal is achieved by placing oxidized and non-oxidized carbon-containing rock mass in a separate dump alternating horizontal layers with pre-treatment of each layer of non-oxidized carbon-containing
штабель выдерживают не менее 1 года в услови х окружающей атмосферы.rock mass with antipyrogen in an amount of 0.5-5.0 wt.%, and the thickness of the layer of unoxidized carbon-containing mass should not exceed 1.5 m. After the formation of such a stack is maintained for at least 1 year under ambient conditions.
00The proposed method for dumping carbonaceous rock mass in comparison with the known one allows to increase the yield of humic acids and, accordingly, the fertile and reclamation efficiency of unoxidized carbonaceous rock mass. As a result of the layer interaction between them, a potential difference arises, leading to ion and moisture exchange, which significantly accelerates the process of oxidative-hydrolytic destruction of unoxidized carbon-containing rock mass, which increases the yield of humic acids. The limitation of the layer thickness of 1.5 m prevents the formation of a critical mass at which coal spontaneous combustion is possible. The treatment of the carbonaceous rock mass with an antipyrogen, for example, phosphoric acid, in addition to increasing the yield of humic acids, increases the degree of reliability of preventing spontaneous combustion of unoxidized carbonaceous rock.
The method is carried out as follows.
Oxidized and non-oxidized rock mass is transported by separate transport streams from the section and placed in a separate dump with alternating horizontal layers. In this case, either during mining or in the dumping, the unoxidized carbon-containing rock mass is treated with antipyrogen, which improves its fertile and reclamation properties and does not contain toxic substances, for example, phosphoric acid.
в присутствии угл с добавкой суперфосфата .The optimal compositions of brown coal-based ameliorants were determined by the yield of humic acids and the pH of the aqueous brown coal extract with the addition of superphosphate and NaHCO3 solution. in the presence of coal with the addition of superphosphate.
The studies were carried out with six mixtures of various compositions: 0 was added to the 100 angle fraction of 0.25 mm fraction; 0.5; 1.0; 2.5; 5.0; 10.0 grams of double superphosphate and 100 ml of water. The yield of humic acids was determined after 4 weeks of storage in air (see table 1).
0,5-5,0%.The maximum HA yield is observed with the addition of superphosphate 0.5-5.0%.
1:22. To the investigated compositions was added distilled water in a ratio of 1: 2
2).and the pH of the aqueous extract was determined (see table 2).
Saline soils, as a rule, have an alkaline environment (up to pH 8.0) due to the presence of carbonate in the soil solution
0,5-5,0%.Na; it is necessary that when the ameliorant is introduced into such soils, the pH shifts to the neutral region. This requirement is met by the addition of acid superphosphate to the acid coals of Adunchulun and Baganur in the range of 0.5-5.0%.
.3. To 5 g of each mixture was added 100 ml of a 0.01 N solution of MaHCO3 (pH 8.2). After 1 day, we measured the pH of all solutions (see table 3). .
The addition of superphosphate to coal in an amount of 0.5-5.0% creates a slightly acidic (pH 6) or acidic (pH 4.3) medium.
