Description

The invention relates to the processing of materials by pressure and can be used to separate the sheet from the stack and feed it into the processing zone.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of separation of warped sheets at a lower edge.

When the rod 8 moves to the right, the inclination of the sheets of the foot 16 increases, turns clockwise, the plate 15, and with it the lever 14, which, resting against the end 19 of the lever 6, rotates it. At the same time, the bottom 4 rotates (lifts) the end 4 of the lever 6, the cutter 24 is removed from the interaction with the stack 16, which spontaneously slides along the bottom 4 to the gap 17. This increases the inclination of the sheets of the foot 16, and the plate 15 acts on the sensor 11 stops 9 and the rod 8 stops. This ends the cycle.

Using the invention, it will be possible to increase the width of the slit and prevent pinching of the peeled sheet between the stack and the wall of the magazine, as a result of which the reliability of peeling of the warped sheets will increase and their damage will be reduced (the formation of scratches and nicks at the moment of peeling from the foot).
