Description
The invention relates to the production of protective clothing intended for pilots, sailors, rescuers, welders, firefighters, as well as workers in a number of professions whose work involves the possibility of falling into the fire zone and high temperatures.
Overalls are known to protect human skin from elevated temperatures and fire. Known clothing is made in the form of overalls containing an outer layer and inner layers of cotton fabric. One of the inner layers is made insulated.
Its disadvantage is that the sample of such clothes is not suitable for operation at + 800 ° C.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the operational protective reliability of workwear by providing the possibility of short-term stay in it in the fire zone up to 800 ° C.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in clothing made in the form of overalls,
содержащего наружный слой и внутренние слои из хлопчатобумажной ткани с одним утепленным слоем, наружный слой выполнен из аримида.containing the outer layer and the inner layers of cotton fabric with one insulated layer, the outer layer is made of arimide.
.The drawing shows a General view of the protective clothing. .
Clothing in the form of overalls comprises an outer layer 1 made of arimide, as well as or a combination of layers 1 of arimide and cotton 2, one of which can be insulated.
The manufacture of protective clothing with the use of arimide fabric allows it to be fire-resistant, vapor permeable, and to prevent gas smoke. In addition, the use of this material in combination with cotton fabric (which can also be used as cotton underwear) allows for effective removal. heat and moisture released from the human body under conditions of elevated temperatures, while maintaining the integrity of the skin.
