A bulletproof material / consisting of layers of fabric based on yarn of aramid fibers bonded to each other by stitching threads from a flexible-chain polyamide is known.
The disadvantages of the known material include unreliability in providing protection at a distance of x, less than 20 m.
The purpose of the invention is to increase resistance to ballistic effects and penetration of bodies and objects.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a bulletproof material consisting of fabric layers based on aramid fiber yarns bonded to each other with stitching threads. Of flexible chain polyamide, its woven layers are made with a web weaving of twisted fibers based on one another rigid-chain polyparabenzimide-zoloterephthalamide polymer with a total surface density of the layers of 3200-3800 g / m2. The diameter of the fibers is 10-18 microns, the pitch of their twisting is 4-11 mm, the piercing threads are spaced between the cross rows of piercing equal to 4-10 thicknesses of the material.
A distinctive feature of the bulletproof material is the implementation of its woven layers with a linen binding of 1 che

Более подробное описание пулезащитного материала состоит в следующем.filaments of twisted fibers of the specified rigid-chain polymer, the surface density of the layers, the diameter of the fibers, the pitch of their twisting, the ratio of the pitch of the piercing with the thickness of the material. A more detailed description of bulletproof material is as follows.
For the manufacture of fabrics, prototypes of filaments were used from twisted to each other fibers of 2-15 mm on the basis of polyparabenzimidazole terephthalamide (PABIA) polymer. Fibers were obtained by dry-wet forming from solutions of a fiber-forming polymer. At the same time, fibers of different diameters were formed by changing the diameter of the spinnerets.
In order to obtain a bulletproof material and choose the optimal structure, 5 samples (batches) of 200x200 mm in size were made (10 samples in each batch), which were layered packs of linen weave fabric sewn together with flexible polycaproamide yarns in increments of equal from 2 to 14 thicknesses of the package.
The tests were carried out as follows.
Samples were fixed on a standard substrate with a certain hardness. Bulletproof properties after firing bullets were determined by the depth of indentation in
подложку и количеству пробитий образцов из партииsubstrate and the number of penetration of samples from the party
The table shows the bulletproof properties of the material,
These tables show that samples from batches 3-5 with structural parameters corresponding to the claims have the highest bulletproof properties.
According to foreign standards, the material
It is considered effective if the number of penetrations does not exceed 50%. in the case considered, the number of penetrations does not exceed 20% of the party 3, the maximum allowable depth of indentation in the substrate should not
превышать 44 мм, в рассмотренном случае материал обеспечивает не более 12 мм.exceed 44 mm, in the considered case, the material provides no more than 12 mm.
обладает наиболее эффективными свойствами .Material with a surface density higher than the limits indicated in the claims, batch 2 - has comparable properties with batches 3-5, but its surface density is 16% lower. Bulletproof material of batches 3-5. Has the most effective properties.
