Abstract

The utility model relates to kindling means and can be used in domestic and camping conditions as a fast-burning fuel for igniting a fire, firewood and coals in a fireplace, barbecue, as well as for heating, lighting, cooking. The task set by the developer of a new packaging with fuel, consisted in the creation of such packaging, which would reduce the time required for the preparation of coal and simplify the process of using packaging with fuel. The technical result consists in improving the access of air to solid fuel, which results in faster and more uniform burning of solid fuel. The essence of the utility model is that the fuel package consists of a shell in the form of a box in the shape of a parallelepiped, with solid fuel and ventilation holes and a kindling means, the ventilation openings being made in the front, rear, and upper parts of the shell, and in the bottom of the shell there is a wick in the shaft. The kindling tool is a molded rigid sheet with alternating convex and concave cells formed in it, with solid fuel in the shell lined with a “well” and lining between its individual elements or rows of elements. A hole for additional ignition is made in the bottom of the shell. Moreover, the shell is made of thick paper or cardboard. In addition, firewood treated from insects with an antiseptic vaporized during combustion was used as solid fuel. At the same time, solid fuel is made in the form of elongated square or rectangular bars. Solid fuel elements can have cross-sectional sizes from 30mm by 30mm to 45mm by 45mm. For additional fixation of solid fuel in the shell, fasteners are used.

The proposed utility model relates to kindling means and can be used in domestic and camping conditions as a fast-fired fuel for igniting a fire, firewood and coals in a fireplace, barbecue, as well as for heating, lighting, cooking.

Various kindling and ignition agents are known.

For example, a fuel briquette according to the invention patent No. 2191801 (IPC C10L 9/10; C10L 5/20; C10L 5/44; C10L 5/36) is known. The kindling agent contains a solid fuel base with an outer coating layer, which is made of charcoal in the form of separate fractions, and the outer incendiary layer is an impregnation of paraffin oil-liquid fraction. As charcoal, charcoal of deciduous trees was used. The impregnation is made with flavoring substances. The kindling agent is placed in packages of various capacities. The disadvantages of this analogue are inconvenience during use, as well as a long ignition process.

Known packaging with fuel according to the patent for utility model No. 21780 (IPC C10L 11/04). The package contains a shell with solid fuel, is additionally equipped with a kindling agent placed inside or outside the shell, and the kindling means is made in the form of flammable materials, and / or liquid, and / or tablets of dry alcohol, and / or powder for ignition, which are placed in one or more containers. Charcoal is used as solid fuel. The package is equipped with matches, and / or gloves, and / or skewers, and / or dishes, and / or spices, and / or smoking tools, placed in one or more containers placed inside or outside the shell made of paper or cardboard , or fabric, or metallized foil or polyethylene, in the form of a bag, or bag, or box. The disadvantages of this analogue are inconvenience during use, as well as a long ignition process.

The closest in terms of the totality of existing features an analogue to the claimed utility model (prototype) is the packaging with fuel according to the utility model patent No. 133125 (IPC C10L11 / 00). The location of the kindling agent in the central part of the package, in a special compartment that runs along its entire height, makes it difficult to evenly spread the fire on solid fuel and slows down the process of burning it, which significantly increases the time required to prepare the coal.

The task set by the developer of the new fuel packaging was to create such a package that would reduce the time required for preparing coal and simplify the process of using the fuel package. The technical result consists in improving the access of air to solid fuel, which results in faster and more uniform burning of solid fuel.

The essence of the utility model is that the fuel package consists of a shell in the form of a box in the shape of a parallelepiped, with solid fuel and ventilation holes and a kindling means, with ventilation holes made in the front, back and top of the shell, and in the bottom of the shell there is a wick in the mine, the kindling agent is a molded rigid sheet with alternating convex and concave cells formed in it, with solid fuel in the shell lined with a “well” and between elements of a series of elements laid backing. In this case, the shell 1 is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, although it can be of any shape. Rectangular base, best suited for laying solid fuel 6 by the "well" method. This method involves laying firewood with a log house. The dimensions of the pads 12 to the gaps between the individual elements or the rows of the elements of the solid fuel 6. In the bottom 3 of the shell 1 there is a kindling means 2. The kindling means 2 is a tuberous gasket, a molded sheet formed in alternating convex and concave cells, allowing air to flow freely to the source of ignition. The kindling means 2 can be made of recycled cardboard. As the kindling means 2, for example, an egg storage tray can be used. The kindling means 2 has a rather rigid structure, which makes it possible to lay solid fuel 6 directly on the surface of the kindling means 2, without the risk of blocking the air supply channels in its lower part. Between the bottom 3 of the shell 1 and the kindling means 2, a fuse is installed, which is a shaft 5 with a wick 4. The shaft 5 of the wick 4 can be made of cardboard or wood. Wick 4 is: sparkler or bickfort cord, or paraffin-soaked kapron twine. For convenient and aesthetic use, the sheath 1 is sealed in a packaging film or wrapped in stretch film. The proposed utility model has significant advantages over known solutions. Secondly, the reduction of the ignition time of solid fuel 6, respectively, the reduction of the time for preparing coal, due to the use of kindling means 2 of a special form, placed over the entire area of the bottom 3 of the shell 1, which makes it possible to simultaneously spread fire under all elements of solid fuel 6, for 3 minutes. Thirdly, the decrease in the burning time of solid fuel 6, because with the arrangement of the solid fuel elements 6, almost the entire area of the surfaces and planes of the solid fuel elements is directly affected by fire, the pads 12 provide air and fire under the supporting elements of the solid fuel 6. This also ensures uniform combustion of solid fuel 6.
