Description
.The invention relates to flat glass containers. It can be implemented in construction - at construction sites and in warehouses. .
Known packaging made in the form. box for loading lists with the formation of packages.
However, it is not convenient in operation and does not exclude additional warehouse loading and unloading operations and glass breakage during its storage and transportation.
Partly disadvantages are reduced by using a container for transporting prepared glass - cut, without special packaging.
Контейнер имеет значительный собственный вес (массу).Such a container has limited technological capabilities, without ensuring the storage of glass in a warehouse without the cost of manual labor. The container has a significant dead weight (mass).
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the tare weight of the container while simplifying the design and improving operational comforts, eliminating intermediate operations and glass breaking.
The goal is achieved in that the cheeks are connected by horizontal rods located at the apex of the trapezoid and provided with horizontal supporting sections under the base of a perforated corrugated sheet. The corrugations of the base are parallel to the planes of the cheeks. The cheeks have trapezoidal facilitating cutouts located between the lateral inclined supporting surfaces. The sheets of the lateral inclined support surfaces from the inside are supported by strips installed with gaps between them, the ends of which are supported by horizontal rods. Restrictive parts are located in the grooves of the cheeks, and the axis of the grooves are directed at an angle to the vertical. The cheeks are trapezoidal with a triangular upper part, at the apex of which a hole is made.
In FIG. 1 shows the proposed container, complete view; in Fig.2 - the same side view; in FIG. 3 - node connecting the cheeks with the upper rods and strips; in FIG. 4 - base, section.
The container is made in the form of a rack having a base 1 with lower supports
2 and walls 3. The container is designed to store and transport predominantly window pane packages 4. These bags rely on side inclined
9.supporting surfaces connected to the walls 3. The latter are provided with restrictive parts 5, 6 located in the grooves 7, 8 of the cheeks 3, the axis of the grooves are directed at an angle to the vertical. The walls 3 have the shape of a trapezoid with a triangular upper part, at the top of which a hole 9 is made.
The ends of the horizontal rods 10 are adjacent to the walls 3 and connected to them (for example, by welding). Planks 11 are installed with gaps between them. The ends of the planks are supported on and connected to horizontal rods 10. The strips 11 from the inside reinforce the sheets of the side inclined support surfaces 12. Fasteners
12.have trapezoidal facilitating cutouts 15 located between the lateral inclined supporting surfaces 12.
3.Glass packets 4 of different thicknesses are supported on the base 1 and lateral inclined supporting surfaces 12. The restrictive parts 5 and b are pressed against the side surface of the package under the action of their own weight, moving in the grooves 7 and 8 of the walls 3.
The distance a (see Fig. 1) is selected according to the height of the fork-grip of the forklift with a lift. Holes 9 are used for loading by crane. In the proposed container
You can store and move packages of glass in a warehouse, in a pantry, at a construction site, etc. the container has a limited dead weight, convenient to operate, simple in design,
исключает потребность в промежуточных погрузочно-разгрузочных операци х, уменьша бой стекла.eliminates the need for intermediate loading and unloading operations, reducing glass breakage.
