Known officer line (Officer's line [Electronic resource]) [1], designed to orient and apply the situation on graphic documents, consisting of a transparent rectangular plate with cutouts. It has significant drawbacks: it does not allow applying the situation in low light conditions and at night, slots in the form of topographic signs do not correspond to the current scale, and there are no special signs for the situation by the type of material and technical support, which prevents the recognition of a finished graphic document by automated means management.

The wire (5) (as an option, double stranded copper in insulation - about 0.25 mm) is fixed (pressed) inside the plate (1). All elements are mounted in the plate (1) from the outside, the inside is smooth.

The line of the logistics officer allows her to use (apply the situation) as follows. In conditions of poor visibility, paint (6) begins to give off light in the form of a green glow along the contours of the plate, which allows you to see the contours of stencils, patterns, divisions of measuring instruments and the edge of the plate (1). When the luminescence from the paint (4) is attenuated, the power supply element (2) is installed in the socket (3), a small amount of electric power is supplied through the wire (5) to the LED (2), bringing it into action, this allows the paint (6) to be activated continue work.

The line of the logistics officer is a universal tool for working with graphic documents in any environment. It has a full set of drawing devices, conventional tactical and special signs of standard sizes that meet the requirements of the guidelines. It allows you to quickly apply the displayed (changeable) environment on graphic documents, which is recognized by the automation of command and control.

Thus, the line of the logistics officer differs in novelty and significant differences from the prototype and makes it possible to work with it in conditions of poor visibility and in absolute darkness, as well as recognition of topographic signs on ready-made graphic documents by complexes of automated control tools after large-scale scanning or photo- fixation with document cameras. It can be used in the system of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
