Abstract
Изобретение относитс к устройствам соединени модулей, преимущественно дл инструментальных блочных систем гибких производств, обрабатывающих центров и станков с ЧПУ. Целью изобретени вл етс увеличение жесткости соединени и точности позиционировани модулей путем устранени радиального зазора между соедин емыми поверхност ми. Это достигаетс тем, что хвостовик 7 присоедин емого модул 8 выполнен с радиальными прорез ми , образующими в нем упругие лепестки, и имеет наружный центрирующий по сок с диаметром, равным или большим соответствующего диаметра посадочного отверсти основного модул , а зажимной винт 3 и со- пр гаемый.с ним хвостовик 7 присоедин емого модул 8 имеют соответственно наружную и внутреннюю конические резьбы , причем на цилиндрической части зажимного конического винта 3 смонтирован упругий элемент 4, обеспечивающий в первоначальный момент торцовое поджатие соедин емых модулей. Устройство обеспечивает точность позиционировани сменных модулей в радиальном и осевом направлени х в среднем ±0,0014 мм. 3 з. п. ф-лы, 14 ил. со сThe invention relates to devices for connecting modules, mainly for instrumental block systems of flexible manufacturing, machining centers and CNC machines.
