Полезная модель относится к конструктивным элементам временных сооружений, а именно к съемным защитным тентам, устанавливаемым над палатками и прочими каркасными конструкциями с натяжным тентом, и может быть использована в качестве элемента походного снаряжения (например для туристов, рыболовов, охотников), технического инвентаря для выездных работ (например для сварщиков, кабельщиков и прочих технических работников), торгового инвентаря (например торговые палатки) и т.п.Защитный тент палатки содержит полотно из влагозащитного материала и элементы его крепления к палатке. Тент снабжен элементами крепления к грунту и дистанционирующим устройством, закрепляемым в центральной части полотна и формирующим гарантированный зазор между материалом полотна и куполом палатки. Дистанционирующее устройство предпочтительно установлено в выполненном в полотне отверстии и образует защищенную от попадания осадков вытяжную трубу.
