Abstract
2 з.п. ел сThe invention relates to mining and can be used in the storage of waste from mining and processing enterprises of the black, color, coal mining and other industries. The goal is to increase the efficiency of storing thin dispersed tails. Enrichment due to the intensification of the process of their storage with an increase in the concentration of the solid phase of the tailings in the storage. When storing the waste of enrichment, including transportation, freezing of the pulp and feeding it to the place of storage, the pulp is fed to the storage place with a high-pressure jet, sprayed over the storage place, and at the same time it is frozen, at a positive air temperature, refrigerant is introduced into the pulp. In a high-pressure jet, the temperature of the pulp decreases and its freezing occurs, which increases hydration shells on the solid phase of the pulp, as a result of which uncompensated bonds of the solid phase rupture. When thawing the pulp, the broken bonds are not restored, the solid phase is not covered by hydration shells, which achieves the best . pulp dehydration. 2 s.p. f-ly. ate with
Description
The invention relates to mining, and more particularly to the storage of tailings of mining and processing enterprises of ferrous, non-ferrous metallurgy, coal mining and other industries.
A known method for storing tails, including thickening them in a hydrocyclone and storing.
The closest in technical essence to the claimed invention is a method for storing tailings, including hydrotransport, freezing and thawing of tail pulp, after which the released
жидкость, а обезвоженные хвосты складируют .liquid, and dehydrated tails are stored.
A disadvantage of the known method is that pulp freezing occurs under natural conditions, which does not allow destroying uncompensated bonds. This leads to a low concentration of the solid phase in the tailings after thawing, an increase in the volume of the tailings and the area of the tailings.
4JThe aim of the invention is to increase the concentration of pulp solids and increase the number of tails in the tailings due to the destruction of hydrated fluids.

лочек вокруг частиц твердой фазы и уменьшени их суммарного объема.holes around the particles of the solid phase and reduce their total volume.
The goal is achieved in that in the known method for storing finely dispersed tailings, including hydrotransport, freezing, storing the tail pulp in the tailing dump with subsequent thawing, freezing the pulp is done by spraying it with a high-pressure jet over the stored section of the tailing dump.
The proposed method is implemented as follows.
In winter, at temperatures below 0 ° C, in particular -15 ° C, the tail is fed continuously at an angle of 45-60 ° to the horizon and sprayed with a high-pressure jet over the storage area. The tail pulp consists of a liquid phase and a destroyed rock mass. As a result of the P. A. Rebinder effect, when the rock mass is crushed, uncompensated bonds are formed around each particle, which are easily hydrated by a film of water around each particle. As a result of the high velocity of the pulp jet, ejection and dispersion of the jet in air into small azrozole-crystalline particles occurs. An increase in jet velocity leads to a decrease in temperature, which accelerates freezing. Upon freezing, the hydrate shells around the solid phase expand and increase in volume up to 10% along with uncompensated bonds. Uncompensated bonds break when frozen. Crystalline aerosol particles settle onto a stored area and thaw at positive temperatures. When thawing on a solid phase, hydration shells are not formed, the pulp delaminates with a clear precipitate-water boundary, i.e., solid and liquid phase. Liquid

Концентраци твердой фазы увеличиваетс в 2 - 2,5 раза по сравнению с известным способом.the phase is removed by gravity or pressure hydraulic transport. The concentration of the solid phase increases by a factor of 2 to 2.5 compared with the known method.
При положительной температуре в процессе распылени в пульпу ввод т хладагент , например жидкий азот, который создает отрицательную температуру и таким образом позвол ют замораживать распыленную пульпу и складировать тонкодисперсные хвосты обогащени в летнее врем ,At a positive temperature during the spraying process, a refrigerant, for example liquid nitrogen, is introduced into the pulp, which creates a negative temperature and thus allows to freeze the sprayed pulp and store the fine tailings in summer.
Повышение концентрации твердых тонкодисперсных частиц пульпы сократит в 2 - 2,5 раза площади дорогих плодородных земель, что дает возможность получить значительный экономический эффект .Advantages of the claimed invention are as follows. The tailings have volumes of the order of 300-400 million m3. Fine fractions of the tail pulp 20-27%, the rest is water. An increase in the concentration of solid fine pulp particles will reduce by 2 - 2.5 times the area of expensive fertile land, which makes it possible to obtain a significant economic effect.
