The invention can be used as a stationery for ink collection with fountain pens.

A disadvantage of such a device is the limited deformation of the elastic part and requires an intake tip with a strictly conical end.

The purpose of the invention is the expansion of operational capabilities.

This goal is achieved in that in the known device containing a container with a stopper made in the form of a coupling having an outside recess in the form of a funnel, in which a ynpyroi tip is mounted on a material with a cavity for installing a fountain pen and a tube connecting to the bottom of the coupling connecting the cavity of the tip with the internal cavity of the container. What is new is that the coupling is made of elastic material and in the lower part has a cylindrical cavity in which the tip is cantilevered, the height of which is greater than the height of the cylindrical cavity of the coupling, while the tube connecting the cavity of the tip with the internal cavity of the container is installed in the lower, cantilevered, part of the tip of elastic material.
