Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, namely cardiology. The goal is to increase the accuracy of readings. The method is implemented as follows: determine the growth of blood pressure and total peripheral vascular resistance of a dosed static load before and after the introduction of corinfar and with a decrease in the growth of these indicators after taking the drug compared to the initial values of corinfar considered considered. Using the proposed method provides high accuracy in determining the indications for the appointment of Corinfar in hypertension.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely cardiology.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method.
The method is implemented as follows.
In a patient with hypertension, blood pressure (BP) and central hemodynamics are measured using the method of therapeutic chest rheography on a RG-2-02 rheograph. A static load (HF) is carried out by compressing a manual dynamometer with a force of 50% of the maximum for a given patient for 60 s with registration of blood pressure and rheogram after 50 s of load. The increments of diastolic blood pressure and OPSS per load are determined. The patient takes 10 mg of Corinfarum orally and after 1.5 hours registers blood pressure and rheogram at rest and after 50 seconds of repeated heart failure. The increments in DBP and OPSS per load are determined. The increments of DBP and OPSS are compared before and after
If there is a tendency to increase the growth of DBP and OPSS, then long-term treatment with the drug will not be effective. If there is a tendency to a decrease in the growth of DBP and OPSS, long-term monotherapy with Corinfarum is indicated; if there is a decrease in the increase in DBP and an increase in OPSS, the hypotensive effect of the drug will not be stable for a long time.
Example. Patient W., 36 years old. diagnosis: GB And Art. stub currents. The initial level of blood pressure 180/110 mm RT.article The acute sublingual test is positive: a decrease in blood pressure to 140/90 mm Hg.
В течение года гипотензивный эффект коринфара (суточна The acute oral test with the use of SP is positive: the increase in DBP for HF before taking 10 mg of Corinfar was 27%, the increase in OPSS was 26%, after taking the drug, the increase in DBP for CH was 22%, the increase in OPSS was 17%. During the year, the hypotensive effect of Corinfar (daily
