Abstract

This utility model relates to devices for wet floor cleaning, in particular to mops with washing plates (mopoderzhateli) and a removable washing nozzle (mop). The inventive mop consists of a handle (1), which is pivotally attached to the washing plate (2) mounted on it with a washing nozzle (3), which is held with pockets with a hem (4), which also prevent the washing nozzle from bending when washing floors. The washing plate (2) itself is inserted into the pocket (4), and the washing plate (2) is also equipped with a holding device (5) in the form of a streamlined elongated hook with a semi-oval shape. After inserting the washing plate (2) into the washing nozzle (3), the holding device (5) enters the inside of the pocket with a hem (4), and when the washing plate is further folded using the locking pedal (6), the holding device (5) catches the pocket with a hem (4) and holds it on weight.

Description

This utility model relates to devices for wet floor cleaning, in particular to mops with washing plates (mopoderzhateli) and a replaceable washing nozzle (mop).

A squeegee squeegee squeegee is known, comprising a pivoting handle for squeezing a cloth attached centrally to the movable base of the pivoting handle and secured to the ends of the stretch marks, and a cylinder protecting hands from moisture (DE 399842).

However, this squeegee does not provide high-quality moisture extraction from the rag, and, in addition, the period of its use is limited.

Known mop with nozzle in the form of a bag (EP 1704808), which has two flat trapezoidal layers interconnected, forming a pocket, on the side of which a washing device is inserted.

The disadvantage of this mop is that the bag (mop) can be put on and removed only with the hands, which is unhygienic and requires some effort in order to put pressure on the spring-loaded part of the holder to insert the mop into the mop, which, in turn, increases the time by donning and removing the mop from the mop.

A mop with a mop holder and a holding device in the form of a hook or a triangular panel on the edge of the mop holder for engaging a mop having a transverse tape is known (EP 1672999). When folding the mopoderzhatel for removing the mop, you can pick up the spent mop by the tape with this hook (restraint device) and transfer it to a special container for spent (dirty) mops without touching the mop with your hands. The disadvantage is that the shape of the holding device does not allow to securely fix the mop on the mop holder and squeeze it in a special spin, when spinning, it falls off the holder. In addition, it turned out that for a mop that has only tapes for fastening on the mop holder, corners are wrapped when moving along the floor surface, which complicates cleaning and worsens its quality.

The closest analogue is a mop with a mop holder with mounts from special pockets or transverse tapes (RU 165222), which uses a triangular shape hook as a holding device, which allows the washing nozzle to be fixed on the washing plate in suspension for rinsing and spinning.

A disadvantage of the analogue is the angular shape of the retainer, which does not allow the washing plate to be easily inserted into the washing nozzle; moreover, the holder is relatively narrow, therefore, it has little adhesion to the pocket hem in which it is threaded to hold the nozzle during rinsing and spinning.

The challenge facing the author is to develop a mop with a holding device that can more reliably fix the washing nozzle on the washing plate in a suspended state at the time of rinsing and pressing the washing nozzle in the squeezing device, and will also allow you to quickly and easily remove and put on the washing nozzle, without touching her hands.

To solve the problem, a holding device is attached at a certain distance from the edge of the washing plate in the form of a streamlined elongated hook of a semi-oval shape, which is coupled with pinches on the pockets of the washing nozzle, which allows you to reliably fix the washing nozzle on the washing plate in suspension while rinsing and pressing the washing nozzle in squeezing device, and also allows you to quickly remove and put on the washing nozzle without touching it with your hands.

The pocket with a hem (4) has parallel sewing fasteners (7) made perpendicular to the edge of the pocket with a hem (4), which prevent the holding device (5) from slipping out of the pocket (4).

In FIG. 4 shows a washing nozzle (3), on which pockets with a hem (4) are visible from the outside. For reliable fixing by the holding device (5) of the pocket (4), the hem has two parallel sewing stitches (7). These sewing fasteners prevent the pocket (4) from turning out and securely fix the pocket on the hook (5).

The principle of the mop

To prepare the mop for work, it is necessary to insert the washing plate 2 into the pockets with a hem 4 located at both ends of the washing nozzle 3 (pockets 4 will allow the edges of the washing nozzle 3 not to bend), while the holding device 5 located on the washing plate 2 is coupled to the pocket with a hem 4. In FIG. 1 shows a squeegee in a horizontal position, ready for use. To rinse the washing nozzle 3 and the subsequent removal of excess moisture in the squeezing device, it is necessary to transfer the mop from the working state to the open state (Fig. 2), this transition is carried out using the pedal-lock 6. In Fig. 2 shows the wash plate 2 in the open state, with one end of the wash nozzle 3 detached and hanging down, and the second still held on the wash plate 2 due to the holding device 5, coupled to a pocket with a hem 4 sewn at the ends of the wash nozzle 3. The holding device 5 is made in the form of a streamlined oblong hook of a semi-oval shape (Fig. 3a, 3b, 3c), which prevents the washing nozzle 3 from coming off.

Due to its elongated streamlined semi-oval shape, the retaining device 5 makes it easy to thread the plate 2 into the pockets with a hem 4 on the washing nozzle 3, and due to the larger adhesion area, it is possible to reliably hold the washing nozzle 3 in suspension for rinsing and spinning.

Thus, the task facing the author is completed.
