Сущность изобретени : автоматическа  лини  содержит нагреватель (Н) 1 под закалку с заслонкой 2, нагреватель под отпуск 6, механизм перемещени  изделий и охлаждающее устройство 4 в виде коаксиально установленных с зазором между собой вертикальных труб (Т) и имеющей возможность вертикального перемещени  крышки с размещенным во внутренней Т цилиндрическим рассекателем (Р) 5 с конусным наконечником, причем основание конуса Р размещено на уровне торцовой поверхности Т, а внутренн   Т соединена с источником хладагента. Конус Р выполнен с углом между вертикальной осью и образующей равным 15-30°, а заслонка Н 1 жестко соединена с механизмом перемещени  изделий.
