Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of construction, in particular to embossed laminated panels used to form floor coverings by means of glueless mechanical interconnection. Improving the strength characteristics of the panel by increasing the stiffness and, consequently, resistance to possible panel deformations during assembly and operation of the floor covering from the laminated panels is achieved by the fact that in the laminated floor panel made in the form of a plate equipped on the sides with means for mechanical connection with adjacent tongue-and-groove type panels having a layered structure and containing a base plate of wood fiber material, on the upper surface of which are placed a protective covering layer and a decorative underlayer with a pattern, the upper surface of the panel being embossed, and the lower covering protective layer placed on the lower side of the main plate, the lower covering protective layer made in the form of a film with a reinforcing framework of high-strength threads, and the embossing depth of the upper the surface of the panel is 0.3-0.35 mm.

The utility model relates to the field of construction, in particular to embossed laminated panels used to form floor coverings by means of glueless mechanical interconnection.

Known laminated floor panel made in the form of a plate provided on the sides with means for mechanical connection with adjacent tongue-and-groove panels having a layered structure and containing a base plate of wood-fiber material, on the upper surface of which there is an upper covering protective layer and a decorative underlayer with a pattern, the upper surface of the panel is embossed, and the lower covering protective layer is placed on the lower side of the main plate (see RF patent for invention No. 2 316636, IPC E04F 15/10, publ. 02/10/2006). The disadvantages of the known panel include its low strength characteristics due to insufficient resistance to possible deformation of the panel during assembly and operation of the floor covering from laminated panels, which, accordingly, can lead to destruction of the upper or lower side of the panel when it is bent.

Closest to the technical nature of the proposed one is a laminated floor panel made in the form of a plate equipped on the sides with means for mechanical connection with adjacent tongue-and-groove panels having a layered structure and containing a base plate of wood fiber material, on the upper surface of which the upper cover protective layer and the decorative underlayer with a pattern, while the upper surface of the panel is embossed, and the lower side of the main plate th covering protective layer (see RF patent for the invention No. 2247814, IPC E04F 15/04, publ. 10.03.2005). The disadvantages of the known panel include its low strength characteristics due to insufficient resistance to possible deformation of the panel during assembly and operation of the floor covering from laminated panels, which, accordingly, can lead to destruction of the upper or lower side of the panel when it is bent.

The proposed technical solution is aimed at solving the problem and achieving a technical result consisting in increasing the strength characteristics of the panel by increasing the rigidity and, accordingly, resistance to possible panel deformations during assembly and operation of the floor covering from laminated panels, which reduces the possibility of destruction of the upper or lower side of the panel when it is bent.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the laminated floor panel, made in the form of a plate, provided on the sides with means for mechanical connection with adjacent tongue-and-groove panels having a layered structure and containing a base plate of wood fiber material, on the upper surface of which the upper covering protective layer and the decorative underlayer with a pattern, while the upper surface of the panel is embossed, and the lower covering is placed on the lower side of the main plate the shield layer, the lower covering protective layer is made in the form of a film with a reinforcing frame of threads of increased strength, and the embossing depth of the upper surface of the panel is 0.3-0.35 mm.

The implementation of the lower covering protective layer in the form of a film with a reinforcing frame of high-strength threads increases the strength characteristics of the panel due to the fact that films with a reinforcing frame of high-strength threads have greater rigidity compared to a conventional film without reinforcing and, accordingly, their use in the lower the protective layer provides greater resistance to possible panel deformations during assembly and operation of the floor covering from laminated panels, and reduces the possibility of destruction bottom side of the panel. These properties of reinforced films are widely known, as well as their structural implementation (see, for example, the Internet https: www.isolux.ru), but their use in embossed laminated panels is unknown.

Embossing the upper surface of the panel with a depth of 0.3-0.35 mm increases the strength characteristics of the panel, provides greater resistance to possible panel deformations during assembly and operation of the floor covering from laminated panels, and reduces the possibility of destruction of the upper side of the panel for the following reasons.

As our experimental studies have shown, in the manufacture of panels with an embossing depth of more than 0.35 mm, when embossing, there is a significant deformation of the upper covering protective layer and the decorative underlayer with a pattern, since the embossing protrusions have a great height and the recesses have a great depth, which to the destruction of the upper side of the panel, both in the manufacture of the panel, and during its operation. When using panels with an embossing depth greater than 0.35 mm, high embossing protrusions are subject to destruction due to their insufficient stiffness.

When the embossing depth is less than 0.3 mm, as our experimental studies have shown, the effect of “ribbing” of the surface is significantly reduced, in which the embossing acts as stiffening ribs, due to the small height of the embossing protrusions, which affects the strength characteristics of the panel. In addition, with such a depth of embossing, it is not possible to obtain a good effect of real imitation of natural material, both in the case of embossing combined with the pattern of the decorative layer, and in the absence of such a combination.

The drawing shows the proposed laminated floor panel.

The laminated floor panel is made in the form of a plate 1, provided on the sides with means 2 for mechanical connection with adjacent tongue-and-groove panels, and has a layered structure containing a base plate 3 of wood fiber material, for example, high or medium density, on the upper side which placed the upper covering protective layer 4, the decorative sublayer 5 with a pattern. The upper surface of the panel is embossed, in the same way as in the prototype. Moreover, the embossing depth of the upper surface of the panel is 0.3-0.35 mm. On the lower side of the main plate 3 is placed the lower covering protective layer 6, which is made in the form of a film, for example, on a polymer basis with a reinforcing frame of threads 7 of increased strength.

The above laminated panel can be obtained by any known method, for example, as in the prototype by hot direct pressing, and all of the above layers can be impregnated with various polymers, for example melamine resin. In this case, the embossing of the surface of the finished product may be combined with the pattern of the decorative sublayer to create a real imitation of natural material or may not have such a combination. The panel may also contain fire resistant and / or soundproofing layers on the upper and / or lower side of the panel.

The proposed laminated floor panel has high strength characteristics due to increased rigidity and, accordingly, resistance to possible deformation of the panel during assembly and operation of the floor covering from laminated panels, which reduces the possibility of destruction of the upper or lower side of the panel when it is bent.
