Description
The utility model relates to the field of tread corrosion protection of metal structures and can be used for metal structures operated in both sea and fresh water.
A long anode is known (RU No. 2126061, C23F 13/08, 1999), including a copper core located inside an electrically conductive polymer body of an electrode surrounded by powdered coke, enclosed in a flexible sheath, for example of fabric, and tension wrappers around a flexible sheath for coke seals.
The known device has low reliability when used for protection against corrosion of metal objects in the aquatic environment.
A long electrode of the anode grounding is known (RU No. 148604, C23F 13/06, 2014), adopted as the closest analogue, containing a metal conductive layer arranged coaxially along the central axis, a conductive polymer layer located around the conductive layer, a coke shell layer surrounding the conductive layer polymer, conductive sheath and outer braid. The outer braid is made to protect the electrode from external damage during installation and transportation of the anode ground electrode.
The disadvantage of the closest analogue is the low reliability when it is used in the aquatic environment due to the fact that the choice of braiding material, braiding and conditions for attaching the braid to the electrode is carried out without taking into account the operating conditions of the electrode in liquid media.
The technical task of the proposed utility model is to increase the reliability of the tread to protect against corrosion of metal structures in water.
The technical result is to increase the reliability of the tread to protect against corrosion of metal structures in water.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the tread for corrosion protection of metal structures located in an aqueous medium containing a core, a tread body, an outer braid, according to a utility model, the outer braid is made of a non-conductive material that is resistant to water, in the form of a sleeve with a thickness not less than 1 mm from a three-dimensional three-dimensional grid, while the braid ends are attached to the core without tension. In addition, basalt fiber can be used as a non-conductive material for the outer braid. In addition, a polymeric material can be used as a non-conductive material.
The technical result is ensured by the fact that the outer braid is made of a non-conductive material, as a result of which the braid acts as a dielectric strip and prevents direct contact of the tread with the protected metal object. The use of water-resistant braiding material, which does not lose its properties when operating the tread in fresh and sea waters, increases the reliability of the tread. A braid of dielectric material made with weaving in the form of a three-dimensional grid with the presence of many volumetric multilayer nodes reliably prevents the direct contact of the tread with the protected object in case of deformation of the tread core in the places of attachment to the protected object. A braid mounted on the tread body without tension with the possibility of shifting the threads relative to the tread body protects the tread from corrosion products, which increases its reliability. Under the influence of fluctuations of the aqueous medium, the braid threads, freely fixed on the tread body, move along its surface. Due to the friction of the braid threads on the tread surface, the oxide film is removed, which preserves the tread activity throughout the entire period of operation, and accordingly increases its reliability. In addition, the braid that is freely fixed without tension has a larger volume, which increases its protective function upon contact of the tread with the protected metal structure, which increases the reliability of the tread, preventing short circuits.
In FIG. 1 shows a tread with a braid.
In FIG. 2 shows a photo of a tread with a braid.
3.A device for corrosion protection of underwater metal objects contains a core 1, a
The
An example is the aluminum protector of a cylindrical shape of the PAKR brand.
2).The
The
The tread for corrosion protection of metal structures in the aquatic environment is used as follows.
The
Thus, the utility model provides increased tread reliability by preventing direct contact of the tread with the protected object and oxidation of the tread surface.
