Abstract

An active tablet case (PC) refers to accessories for a tablet computer. The claimed device is intended to expand the functionality and improve the ergonomics of PCs in specific conditions, for example, a construction site, when it is necessary to simultaneously broadcast video to partners and perform manipulations on a PC monitor. This goal is achieved due to the fact that the active PC case has a hard case. On this screen side of the housing there is a hingedly attached cover that fits snugly against the body in the closed position and is able to occupy a user-friendly, fixed position in the open position. There are two video cameras on the lid. One camera is located on the inside of the cover, another camera is located on the outside of the cover. To protect the external chamber from external influences, it is placed in the recess of the thickened part of the lid and is closed by a hatch. For the stylus inside the case, a special pencil case is provided on the front end part. 8 ill.

Accessories for tablet computers (hereinafter referred to as PCs) are known in the prior art both in the form of simple and / or decorative covers, and covers, and covers with openings for video cameras. When opened, its lid is not fixed in the set position to obscure the screen. This case, like other similar accessories, is passive, since there are no functioning devices on it.

The task, which the claimed device is aimed at, is to expand the functionality and improve the ergonomics of a PC in specific conditions, for example, a construction site, when it is necessary to simultaneously broadcast video footage to partners and perform manipulations on the PC monitor.

This task is achieved due to the fact that the active PC case has a rigid case (1) tight-fitting tablet computer on all sides except the screen. On this case, on the side of the PC screen, there is a hinged cover (2) that fits snugly to the case (1) in the closed position and is able to occupy a user-friendly, fixed position in the open position (Fig. 2).

On the cover (2) there are two video cameras (hereinafter cameras) (3), (4) with backlight (5). The presence of cameras makes the case active. One camera (3) - the main one - is located on the inside of the lid. Another camera (4) - the front - is located on the outside of the cover. This arrangement of cameras allows you to use them in the PC position on a stable surface without having to hold the PC in your hands when shooting movies. Camera control can be carried out from a PC using a cable through the connectors, or remotely, for example - via Bluetooth.

To protect the front camera from external influences, it can be placed in the recess of the thickened part of the lid and is closed by a hatch (6). For the stylus inside the housing, a special pencil case (7) is provided on the front end part.

An active PC case can be made of the same materials that are used to make PC cases.

The device operates as follows. In the closed position, the case (1) and the cover (2) reliably protect the PC from accidental mechanical damage, precipitation, hypothermia at moderately low temperatures. In the open position when working with a PC, the fixed cover (2) obscures the screen, which improves the visibility of the picture in direct sunlight. One or both cameras (3) and (4) can be used when the PC is stationary, freeing up the user's hands. The stylus is stored in one volume with a PC and is available immediately after opening the device cover.
