Description
Hybrid lighting device
The utility model relates to the field of construction, designed to illuminate dark rooms with natural sunlight.
A known design of the lighting device (patent for utility model No. 102747 dated 03/10/2011), which includes a fiber optic cable, a fixed curved plano-convex cylindrical lens, and a transparent conical funnel. They narrow the solar light flux and direct it to the input end of the fiber optic cable throughout the daylight hours. The disadvantages of this technical solution is the inability to use this device in low light with sunlight or in the absence of light.
Closest to the claimed technical solution is a lighting device (patent for invention No. 2468288 "Solar homing fiber optic lighting device" from 10.27.2012), which includes a focusing unit consisting of a housing, an ellipsoid focusing lens and two focusing large and small mirrors. The lens and mirrors narrow the solar light flux and direct it to the input end, expanding in the form of a focon, the end of the fiber optic cable throughout the daylight hours. Fiber optic cable of a special design, the input end of which is made in the form of a focon, narrows the luminous flux and guides the collector in the sun. The input flexible focon has a special external segment layer made of tinted material with a large coefficient of thermal expansion. This design of the focon allows it, bending, like a bimetallic plate, to direct the focusing block (collector) to the sun. The disadvantage of this technical solution is the inability to use this device in low light with sunlight or in the absence of light.
The task to which the claimed utility model is directed is to ensure the use of the device in low light with sunlight or in the absence of light.
This problem is solved due to the fact that the claimed utility model, which includes a focusing unit, consisting of a body, an ellipsoid focusing lens and two focusing large and small mirrors, this unit is mounted on the input focus - the expanding end of the fiber optic cable, which is mounted on a mounting device roof or south side of the house. The other end of the fiber optic cable is connected to a diffusing lens, which is placed in the illuminated room. The outer shell of the focon is made of tinted material with a high coefficient of thermal expansion in the form of individual segments isolated from each other by heat-insulating reflective partitions. Partitions prevent heating from a light spot, unlit segments and a transparent light-conducting core of the focon. Moreover, the light spot in shape and size coincides with the input end of the transparent light-conducting core of the focon. The device is additionally equipped with a photoelectric conversion unit, where solar energy is converted into electrical energy and accumulated in the storage unit, in the absence or lack of natural sunlight, the stored energy is transmitted through an electric cable to the LED lamp.
The technical result provided by the given set of features is to ensure the operation of the device in low light with sunlight or in the absence of light.
The essence of the utility model is illustrated by drawings, which depict:
(16).In FIG. 1 presents a diagram of the inventive device; in FIG. 2 - section 1-1. The device is designed to illuminate dark rooms in the daytime - with natural sunlight, and at night with the stored energy per day. The focusing unit of the device consists of a focusing lens (1), a housing (2), a large focusing mirror (3), a small focusing mirror (4). This unit is fixed to the input focal point (5), the expanding end of the fiber optic cable (6), which is mounted on the roof of the house or on the south side of the house with the help of a mounting device (7). The other end of the fiber optic cable (6) is connected to a scattering lens (8), which is installed in the illuminated room. The outer shell of the focon (5) is made of tinted material with a high coefficient of thermal expansion in the form of separate segments (9), isolated from each other by heat-insulating reflective partitions (10). Partitions (10) prevent heating from a light spot (11), unlit segments (9) and a transparent light-conducting core (12) of the focon (5). Moreover, the light spot (11) in shape and size coincides with the input end of the transparent light-conducting core (12) of the focon (5). The device is equipped with a photovoltaic conversion unit (13) connected via an electric cable (14) to an accumulation unit (15), which is connected to an LED lamp (16) through an electric cable (14).
The device operates as follows:
(16).Focused by the lens (1) and mirrors (3.4), the stream of light enters the input end face of the focon (5). If the focusing unit is not directed toward the sun, then the light spot (11) is not located in the center of the focon (5) (see Fig. 2, section 1-1). In this case, the asymmetric luminous flux of the infrared (IR) range heats segments (9) of tinted material with a high coefficient of thermal expansion transmitting infrared radiation. The illuminated segments (9), when heated, lengthen, bending the focon (5) towards the sun, until the light spot (11) is in the center of the end. The luminous flux of the visible spectrum passes through a transparent light-conducting core (12), the focon (5) tapers to the size of a fiber optic cable (6), passes through it, enters a scattering lens (8) and evenly distributed illuminates a dark room. Thus, the "cold" sunlight of the visible range is transported into a dark room. The focone (5) bends under the influence of temperature, like a bimetallic plate, and constantly directs the focusing device to the sun, similar to a sunflower, which during the day changes its orientation, turning to the sun. In this case, the direction of the sun's rays always coincides with the axis of the input part of the focon (5). The input end face of the focon (5) is always perpendicular to the sun's rays, so almost all light energy penetrates into the focon (5), but is not reflected from it. The device converts solar energy into electrical energy using photoelectric conversion (13), accumulates it in the storage unit (14), and in the absence of sunlight transmits the stored energy via an electric cable (15) to the LED lamp (16).
The utility model will allow the use of this device in low light with sunlight or in the absence of light. This was made possible by supplementing the device with a photovoltaic conversion unit, where it converts solar energy into electrical energy and accumulates in the storage unit, in the absence or lack of natural sunlight, transfers the stored energy through an electric cable to the LED lamp.
