The proposed device can be manufactured in mass production by the simplest means from relatively inexpensive sheet materials. Thus, the proposed device has a fairly wide range of possibilities for use, reliability, convenience and ease of installation on a wall covered with wallpaper without damaging the wallpaper and wall structure.
